I ordered 3 bracelets and charms as 3…

I ordered 3 bracelets and charms as 3 individual xmas presents and they all came in one pouch. This means 2 came without anything to go in and more importantly without a tool. very disappointing for the money spent

Blocking anyone who asks questions or…

Blocking anyone who asks questions or kindly criticizes you is a great way to destroy your reputation and drive away future customers. It’s a shame, I was planning on getting a few charms for my mother’s original nomination bracelet, but I was told that the bracelet was “low quality” and “drop shipped”. when I pointed out that my mother got the bracelet in directly from a nomination store in Italy in 1993, I was blocked. Will definitely be looking somewhere else for those charms.

Our charms are designed and manufactured in a selected facility, using high-quality stainless steel and advanced welding techniques, not just simple adhesive bonding. We also conduct rigorous quality control and ship directly from our warehouses in Paris.

I ordered a bracelet with 6 links.
Delivery was fast and smooth. Product meets or exceeds my expectations (with the remaining bracelet links, I was able to make a ring).
