Still not received. Posted from China not the eu. Tracking number is showing its dhl but when check Tracking is china post company. Can't take the supplements even when arrive because probably fake powder inside and who knows what's in it. Don't waste your money

I can not believe how long it is taking me to get my supplements I still don't have it.

I will never purchase again from Vitaheals.com. I placed my order on April 30, 2025. After several days of not receiving a shipping notice, I checked on line. No info as to back ordered, nothing about shipment, nothing at all. I tried a chat session during business hours. No responses to multiple chat sessions. I called their phone number. It has a message "this number is not receiving calls" and it hangs up. You can't leave a message. So, I emailed on May 5th and here is a copy of my email... I placed my order with you on April 30, 2025. I have a confirmation that same day. I have emailed you, started a chat, and also called your phone number. NO REPLIES. Either tell me you have shipped my order or cancel my order.
No response until a day later saying oh, sorry, we shipped your product today, May 6th. I checked the tracking number. Guess what. It still had not shipped on May 6th. So, did they cancel the order. No, they shipped it anyway. So, I purchased the product elsewhere and got it before Vitaheals shipment got here. Now I can't return it because you can't get them to answer the phone, nor chat, nor email to get a return authorization.
You have been warned. Shop here at your own risk and you likely will get the same no responses I received. One star is way too good. I had to do at least one star to write this review.

Nothing was included inside package telling how to use product

I order my hormone combination and high vitality through them on a auto ship and realized I had more than I needed. So I emailed and left them know I needed to cancel my order and they were quick to respond and cancel my order and refunded me no problem. Very satisfied!

Great product, easy shipping! Accidentally got wrong vitamins. They made it right as soon as I let them know

I have yet to receive this order nor has it even shipped. I have emailed your company twice with ZERO response. Absolutely awful customer service. I needed these K-drops fairly quickly for my newborn daughter & I even paid for expedited shipping. I will never refer your company & will be warning my pediatrician who referred me to you, to reevaluate this decision.

My package was delivered to an address in Arizona and I live in Maryland -
Customer service has been delayed and noncommittal about how to resolve this and at the moment, I'm out my product and $112.

Not a happy camper.

And it's very upsetting for me to write this - I know many small businesses struggle - I want o give this one the benefit of the doubt and it's difficult without communication.

Great line of products

I am trying to get someone to help me adjust my subscription and it is nearly impossible to get any response. I used the chat function, email and tried the phone number that is on the website and still there is no response. I am having trouble finding my account too. Otherwise I could just make the adjustment myself. Hopefully someone respond to this

Disturbing label on back of product. Extremely hard to get a hold of this company.

The shipping label was cancelled for some reason. It’s been over 3 weeks- what gave you two stars was that I got a nice email response when I inquired as to where my product was.
