Buyer Beware!

Buyer, beware! I ordered a product and, eventually, received an email that it had been delivered. It was not delivered to my home. When I called, after not receiving answers to my emails, I ended up speaking to someone in another country. He insisted that I go look in my bushes because it HAD been delivered. I understand there are thefts, etc., but in this case, it was not delivered to my home. He said his information said it had been delivered so that was that. He told me I could deal with UPS if I wanted to. I've never had a reputable company deal with a situation like this in this way. Never will I do business with them again. I lost out on the product and $160!

Trying to reach you

Trying to reach you. Left 2 messages. I spent almost $100 and never received the products. Order placed Dec 5. Have been asked to review product but haven’t received it. USPS has also never received it. I need to detox chemicals from my system. I am dealing with second wave of breast cancer. Now I don’t know what to do. It’s Dec 27. Start over with a new company and file fraud with credit card company???

Over charged for this product!

I discovered after I ordered the product from your website that you charged me double what any other supplier would for the same product.
Even our local naturopathic doctors don't mark this product up to that level!

Delivery email confusion

It was confusing with the delivery. Emails showed delivery across the country from where I live. I was concerned it would take a long time to finally get the product but it arrived shortly after I made contact with the company. Thanks for checking on the order for me. I gave it a four because it was a little tricky getting in touch with the company.

I would give zero stars but not…

I would give zero stars but not possible. I paid about $10 for shipment as the estimated time for arrival was June 27th-28th. It is JULY 7th! and still waiting. IF you are sick and waiting on your products DO NOT chose this company.

Deceitful and Dishonest Company!

Worst company ever! They are deceptive with their pricing. They show a photo of Ecological Formulas Allthiamine and the bottle says there are 250 capsules (the bait) but then in small print it says 60 capsules (the switch). So if you're not paying close attention, you will get ripped off. I tried calling them multiple times to return this order, but they NEVER answer their phone or return calls. I would have just sent the product back, but they don't list a valid address anywhere, and the return address on the box was for a different company who said they don't know anything about VitaHeals. All other addresses listed for this company go to a 3rd party mailing service called Shipito or to GoDaddy. It seems very shady that they don't want to be found. I also tried emailing them and they didn't reply until I put the charge into dispute with my credit card company. When my payment was pulled back, they finally contacted me weeks later. In that email they told me that they had already "issued a full refund" and they gave me an address to send it back to: Sihua Wu, 1400 LAFAYETTE ST SAN GABRIEL, CA 91776-3308. Today I called my credit card company to ask if VitaHeals ever issued the refund that they said they issued and I was told "No they didn't". So in addition to being deceitful they are also liars. BTW, they want $33.00 for 60 capsules of Allthiamine which is more than DOUBLE the price if you buy it from Pure Formulas (their price is $12.76). My advice is to save yourself some money and a whole lot of grief and shop at an honest and reputable company (like Vitacost, iHerb, and Pure Formulas) instead. UPDATE 6/9/23: VitaHeals admitted in their response that they received the product back, however according to USPS tracking, they received it on June 2nd, not June 6th. They claim that they refunded my money, but the screenshot they emailed to me clearly says "Unable to Refund $56.43 USD". They also said that the reason the refund didn't go through was because I filed a "chargeback". I called my credit card company today and they said that they have no mechanism to stop a merchant's refund from being processed, so the problem is on VitaHeals side (either their system or they're being dishonest). All I know is that I'm out $56.43 plus $6.00 to ship the product back to them, and of course I have nothing to show for dealing with this company but a whole lot of frustration!

Hello Carolina, The refund was received asap we received the item back to us. I have provided the screenshot of the refund to you via email. The refund was processed 23rd May and we received the items on June 6th. We issued refund before and we receive the items later. But you have already opened the chargeback with your bank that is why the refund was failed.
