MathsWatch is rigged

MathsWatch is rigged. When I done a graph right, it marked the answer as wrong. Schools should check the reviews on this website before making a deal with them. This website should be TAKEN DOWN.

Horrible

Doesn't even let me make mistakes.

When you make a mistake on this mistake, It doesn't give you a hint or helps you. No, no, that would be useful. No it just says "Whoops, You have some incorrect answers" like the smug piece of work it is.

MORTIFYING

MORTIFYING, every hour of my life which i have spent on this website is unreturnable. The sight of mathswatch burns my eyes. Every time I hear its name being spoken, my ears begin bleeding and crying just like me. By the time I finished doing an assignment, it was already time for me to retire. It is worse than medieval torture. DO NOT subject your children into this pit of hell.

Not user friendly at all.

Doesn't tell you where you went wrong on a question, and you can't submit an answer until you get it right, leading to detentions and such. I tried to reset my password and it didn't work. I now have to log on with Microsoft which rarely works.

I love Mathswatch!

What a horrifically disgusting creation!
It is true that mankind have crafted some evil things, and whilst many folk would rank nuclear bombs as some of the worst, I would - without a doubt - place Mathswatch as the pinnacle of deceitful craftsmanship. It is vile and smelly.
Would not recommend

Don't bother getting it tbh

My school has been using this site for years, I have used from year 7 to year 11, and its not amazing but not terrible. I seriously hate how it doesn't tell you where the heck I've messed up on questions. I mean, it gets the job done, and is useful for revision for my GCSE's but isn't amazing for homework/ILT/tests (idek why test's are an option, you could just google the answers💀).

The layout of the site is basic but easy to understand, the questions themselves range in difficulty from standard to hard (easy to awkward). I say that the harder ones are awkward because when you get questions wrong on them there is not hint as to where you went wrong. It would be nice if I could get a hint to see where I messed up. It would be also be really useful if there was a white board feature or something similar in case you don't have any pens or paper to use but you could still write down your workings (I know on some questions there is an extra box but that would be so useful on others!)

The equipment used in some questions (such as on ones where your moving shapes on a graph) are only usable on a laptop/PC, which is unbelievably annoying as for years I've been doing it on my phone so always having to miss questions out in my homework. It would be great if they where made more accessible. I hate the fact that in assignments I cant go back and look at previous questions cos "this question has been sent to your teacher to review", I get that its to stop people from cheating but I would like to know how I did that last question yesterday 😭

The videos that they provide are great until you get a question in an assignment that doesn't even feature in the video, like dude, don't give me question you haven't taught me how to do 😭. That's where I often turn to google for help but it would be nice if the videos told me how to do them before I turn to google.

In conclusion, if you are a teacher who is thinking of getting this please question your student sanity first as I really don't get along with mathswatch for all the reasons listed above but if your students like that stuff fine, but so many people I know don't.
:)

I wish i could rate it lower

i am utterly disgusted how bad this website is i have put the right answer down numerous times and it had kept marking it wrong. The amount of things this website makes me want to do is astronomical.

Schools and Students, save your money

Answers that I put in the boxes are all correct, I have triple-checked them and even asked my teacher. But Mathswatch just says it’s wrong, it keeps saying that and I have tried different ways of writing the answer, such as writing x in maths as x, X, 𝑥 and try leaving gaps between the x and the equal signs like x=, x =, x =

If I could rate this website a negative…

If I could rate this website a negative number of stars, I would
This website is simply a piece of poorly-coded garbage. When you think you get an answer right, it literally says it is wrong. When teachers are trying to make you think of new ways to solve a problem, m**hsw***h makes sure that that is impossible. To put it simply, if anyone is considering the use of this absolute useless pile of cow manure to "teach" students, I seriously consider just giving them a paper worksheet.

DO NOT EVER USE, IT WILL MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE MISERABLE

it's a no from me

made to use this for school. the "fun" facts are boring and it takes for ever to find the topic you want. the vids aren't great and the voice is irritating. site doesn't hold my focus to the point where i have coded the background into a different colour in a futile attempt to get anything done. doesn't explain how to do question when you get it wrong. Mymaths is far superior. Looked at the code and apparently the logo is supposed to be apples touching or something? like what
