An amazing customer service provided by Shelby. Sorry if I have misspelled his name, but I think he might be one of the managers here at your Brixton branch. I was so impressed by his energy, knowledge and the respect and curtesy he gave throughout the 1hour upgrade process. What also stood out was his patience and understanding in being able to explain everything in the manner and ways that made sense to me. He is truly an amazing person which made my experience easy. Which I could give less! Their broadband is SO bad, their customer service is non existent and their apps / websites are impossible to use. Avoid avoid avoid.
