No I havent got my packed and its mon 13 september. Also I know my packed was never picked up because sender updated me all the time and last week I canselled my order because you never pick it up.

Good job and great value for money

Good job. I placed my order to SuperAlko Tallinn and bought delivery from Volts. After submitting the orders (Mon evening) it took nine days to arrive (next week Wed). I take out one star since I needed to follow up with customer service to get an answer to my non-acute question via WhatsApp.

After robust due diligence: Volts.ee has great transparent pricing and flexibility since they deliver small and euro pallets. I ordered a small (max 250kg) pallet and SuperAlko had packed my stuff properly. I will definitely use SuperAlko + Volts.ee combination in the future.

Thank you! You should have received notification by email, but maybe it went to spam. Sometimes it happens, because these are automatic emails with tracking link and tracking numbers and sometimes servers do not like no-reply emails containing any links.

Gave it all

At the start there was a bit of ambiguity about will the delivery get delivered in time. But tough there was a holiday in Estonia, Volts customer service managed to get the delivery to Helsinki in time!

Many thanks to the customer support who made the impossible possible :)

Olen tilannut noudon tuotteille, mutta Volts ei nouda niitä eikä vastaa mihinkään viesteihin. Puhelinnumero oli virheellinen sivustolla ja nyt sitä ei ole siellä ollenkaan. En käytä palvelua enää ikinä!

Finally I got my delayed delivery home and it was safe and sound. The problem is that Volts has no customer service at all. I tried to contact them several times but got not any answer. Luckily the shop I had ordered my purchase was very helpful. They had my order prepared and ready in time and answered me every time. They also promised to keep products until they are fetched. Volts only answer to me is below and they try to blame shop and there is no reason for that at all. That’s only really bad customer service, I think.

I am very sorry for the delay, but you have received the package. Yes, there are delays, but this is not only because of our bad work. Please understand we can deliver if we have something to deliver. If we don't get from shop products then this is not our fault. In shops it's a big mess with orders and everybody expecting once you have ordered delivery then everything is super good and you get the products immediately, but please understand we can deliver products immediately if we have something to deliver. For us to print out a label and stick on the box is very it takes just a minute to prepare the delivery. How can we pick up the order from a shop if order is not ready?

This is very easy for shop to blame us, but for us it tales less than 30 seconds to print out a label for the box or send by email to the shop and our courier comes to collect all ready boxes or pallets.
This is very weird to blame us, because we can ship products that are packed and ready, but if we have not received any products from the shop then what can we send?

We have tried to answer as many emails as possible, this becomes out of control when the same customer asks several times the same question during a a day and there are other urgent cusomers as well requiring the the answers. Also, please understand we only ship products. We DO NOT SELL PREODUCTS AND AS SAID EARLIER WE CAN PRINT OUT LABEL LESS THAN MINUTE TO PREPARE THE SHIPMENT.

Hi Tiia,
I agree something happened in Vantaa-Helsinki. The problems was Easter period when post service got overloaded and could not handle enormous amount of packages. Your package arrived to Vantaa on 15th of April and it got stuck in Vantaa terminal. From Tallinn it left out as planned normally. Sorry for that. Hope next time is good! Thanks for your order.
