We are very sorry about that. Sometimes things happen although it was delivered on pallet and it happens very rare. Sure it goes through many terminals and we don't know exactly whose fault this is. We always compensate if something is broken or lost unconditionally the same day. Hope to see you again and I am sure next time this won't happen again :)
