All vent smoothly until the act of local carrier in our home town. They claimed they had tried to drop the packages but said were not able to reach recipent. No phonecall or ringing the doorbell as I was at home at the time they claimed to been on the spot.
Transporting the goods from Tallinn took 4 days in tota, so pretty rapid!

I was happy
I was happy. While easter most likely interfered with the delivery, it said the package was picked up at fri and delivered on mon. It's not too slow but ... could've been faster.
Driver called before delivery (1h before) and asked if it was ok to deliver. It was, everything went smooth.

I am very sorry you received a bit late. It could have been a day quicker. These days less boats operate , but there are more goods to ship to Finland and most likely boat was full therefore it just waited in line. Of course we always send tracking link so you can follow up estimated date of arrival and PostNord must have called, but I am not sure why they did not or did not reach you. They should at least send sms that delivery is on the way to your home.
What I see after checking your tracking is that we collected from shop on 10th of February and you received on 19th of February, because you are quite much in remote location which makes 8 working days. We are promising 4-7 working days and yes this time we were late, very sorry for that and hope next time everything goes better :)
Gift delayded - ruined birthday
The delivery contained a gift that I needed on a specific date. That's why I made the order well in time. It was supposed to arrive a day before the event but failed to reach me even on that birthday. Very disappointed with this one!

You placed order on 3rd of February ( Wednesday at 16:11, end of working day) and it was collected from shop on 5th of February (Friday) and unfortunately nobody works in Finland on weekends. Your order was delivered on 10th of February which is Wednesday . Also, you are not located in Helsinki, but very far away to West which means parcels go through several terminals. I count here 7 days including weekend which is very normal time.

Everything went well. Igot my packets in 8 days and products were in good condition. I will recommend this to others.
