Good service

Good service, but the tracking deeds little bit improvement.

I agree , but there is a small problem that PostNord or Bring tracking starts to show once parcels are scanned in Finland terminal. That causes sometimes problems that we send out tracking link with number, but it does not show anything yet. We have also seen recently that tracking system of PostNord is bad and starts to show when package almost arrived to destination Kuopio.
Also, lately PostNord changed without notice tracking link (url) we were not aware of and many customers saw error message. Also, sometimes tracking link must be clicked 4-5 times before it shows any information. That's a PostNord system bug!
I am sorry, but there are things out of our control, but luckily everybody has received orders on time and even now because of less boats and more work for delivery companies everything goes smooth.

Hey Eeva,
Please understand there is nothing to do with us, because first there are less boats going to Finland now and all courier services experiencing almost 3 times more goods load because ordering online due to corona problems have tripled. We often see parcels have arrived Finland, but they just stay in terminals not moving out. This is not as bad as it was in the beginning of a year when nobody was expecting that delivery services fail, but still not good either. That's why we are advising many to order for Christmas now as we see this becomes soon very bad time soon and there is nothing we can do about it. To Helsinki, Espoo areas we still manage to be quick 3 days, but up North and other areas our partners in Finland such as Bring, PostNord, Posti just fail. Sorry.
