Best VPN App ever! Being using it for years. Strongly recommend!

I've been with KeepSolid for a few years now and have to say that they keep improving the service. I now get fast speeds, very good geo unblocking and a split tunneling that works. Very impressed.
P.S. Their customer service is always quick to reply to ant queeries.

The best vpn app! I have been using the VPN Unlimited for several years, excellent experience, low ping, a huge number of geos. Before that, I used another VPN and there were periodically problems because not all were available, some had low speed, sometimes there were disconnects, VPN Unlimitet has no such problem.

I had to change my Email adress which is not always easy as it is a main element of verification. I contacted the after sales service and within less than a day the problem was solved 100%. This was an outstanding experience of excellent service.

poor performance... after 3 year of using. From France to Germany it's almost impossible to get a good and stable connection. VPN Unlimited is crashing regularly, watching a German TV channel out of France is hardly possible.
I think... they are simply "behind"....

I have paid and the service used to work for few months and now no longer works. After following their troubleshooting protocols it still doesn't work. They are now just straight up closing any support requests I open instead of fixing it. I have screenshots as proof. Stay away.

I've been using VPN Unlimited for many years and found it works really well on all my devices, both IOS and Android. I have a lifetime deal which has been tremendous value. Just recently there was an issue with a server, the support team responded immediately with possible solutions. When this didn't work they investigated the issue and it was resolved the next morning. I lost the email address used on my account due to an ISP change. That caused 2FA to fail since I couldn't get the emailed code. I contacted support via email and Vlad had me create a new ID and transferred the data from my old account and I'm back in business.

The performance of the secured connection is is very nearly equal to the speed without the VPN turnrd om.

Had a problem after apple update. Contacted support and all sorted in minutes. Always find that support answer any query in minutes. Excellent.

I hadn't used my VPN, for a while.
But I had issues trying to login with a different device.
Informed Keep Solid and within a few minutes I received an email asking for my issue, once explained got another email explaining what I needed to do.
So within 10 - 15 minutes all was done.

I have been using VPN Unlimited for several years. I have found it to be very reliable and fast. I had an issue with access on my mobile a few days ago. It was easy to get to support and I found them to be very response. Needless to say my issue was resolved quickly. I would recommend VPN unlimited.

I had found VPN Unlimited to suit my needs to a T, except that log-in to the remote server occasionally was slow, so I decided to try a highly rated alternative.
Log-in times were better, but the app tried to do far more than I needed and really screwed up the rest of my computer/network system. Tech support was weak and slow. Finally I resolved all of the problems by deleting the app.
That app had made me delete VPN Unlimited so I went back to VPN for help. In less than an hour, everything, browser, email, etc. were back in working order.
VPN Unlimited does what you want, when you want it, and gets out of the way when you do not. In this case, simplicity is the ultimate virtue compared to the intrusive complexity of the competitor (highly rated by some other service).

Not only a great product, but the customer service is second to none! Would highly recommend.
