How can I put this in a kind way.
Overpriced, bad support, locking your vps when they feel like it to make you upgrade. STAY FAR AWAY :) Manyyyyyy better options out there.

Update 28th january: Their payment system is so broken or they have blocked me from paying to have my few metatrader projects running. Support tell me to contact the bank regarding the matter and the bank says they have not limited anything. Sounds a bit personal.

I tested trial.
Liked it so went to pay but wasn't able to. The agent told me their 'billing system' is under maintenance and can take a FEW DAYS to be back. Yes, a website with a FAILED billing system.
I gave up then after a few minutes I got a notification that $25 had been DEDUCTED from my card. I asked the agent who had NO IDEA. She also had NO IDEA how to remove my card.
Now I have $25 in my VPSSERVER account with NO WAY TO USE IT, NO WAY TO SEND IT BACK, NO WAY TO REMOVE MY CARD, AND NO BODY TO EXPLAIN IT TO ME.

for the specs and price that I survey this one is not that bad at all, I try trial plan base in Asian(SG) and it was very good. I proceed buying the server start with minimum specs, the hosting is easy to setup require less time to wait and upgrading the server have so many option for us, the payment also convenient for us because they provide alot of payment gateway

One of the worst servers, I've ever used beside google, aws, interdata... They are planning to trick user to upgrade more and more with their trick, really weird and unusual - it makes me suspicious about their working.

Before officially registry, we tried 7 free days on their VPS at SIN. it worked well although its speed is normal but still smooth. Then I tried registering another 6 months. Til the 2nd months of our 6-month contract, something suddenly happened which caused us afew questions.

The CPU always run at the high load, average more than 90% which kept for half a month, and they rebooted every day (even 2 time / day) and then locked down the account several times. Then, we tried another server (Interdata), it worked fine as CPU was just ~20-30% only. Then, we register another VPSserver Free account to test again with the same figures (Ram, CPU...). It worked very well for more than 3 working days.

However, when I moved it back to my current server. Once gain, its CPU loaded 100% as we were setting up the Centos even though we haven't put the website to make it work yet...

And they are trying to request Upgrade the package all the time. A big question on their way to Up-Sell? Are they pick-pocketers by tricks like this...

Support don't solve your issues. It seems there works some bot instead of person.
There's no option do change your tariff. I've upgraded my plan to have a bigger RAM, but as a result got worst speed without possibility to cancel this new plan and back to previous one. Don't recommend

This company is a scam. When you cancel the service, they continue to charge your payment method with random amounts you apparently owe them (even though it's a pay upfront service)

Currently going through several complaints with relevant authorities. Don't expose yourself!

Terrible service.

I have been using VPSserver.com for over three years.

Today I went to upgrade from a plan where I'm paying over $600/mo to a plan that would take my bill to over $900/mo.

The support rep was rude through chat. When I asked if it would be possible to downgrade to a cheaper option in the future he said that it's not possible and is against company policy. So they basically lock you in and don't let you downgrade.

I'm tired of dealing with bad customer support and I plan to move all of my hosting over to AWS. I would stay far away from this company. The support is toxic and their service sucks. I don't know why I stayed with them for so long when there are better options.

The worst VPS provider imaginable, running a school projects that works fine 99% of the time but once every week i get a email "High CPU usuage" i login to check it out and the cpu is working at 60% load, close it go on with my day get another email "We restarted your server because it had high CPU usage", all the work on the school projects gone.

The weird thing is every time i login the cpu load is minimal its just once a week this happens randomly.

Literally choose any other VPS provider most of them are also cheaper then this crap.

I'm very happy with the service. I would highly recommend it to others. Very fast service.

Excellent hosting . I recieved 7 days trial after adding my bank card. They charge you for time you used VPS . If buy long term prices are good. I suggest for everyone

I don't understand negative reviews here. I use VPSServer for several months now and no issues at all. No downtime and quick deployment of servers.

very happy with the service. I did not opt in for the additional support because I have many years of administration. yet they are very happy to help me get off my feet and running strong.
I am moving each of my servers here for simple reasons "cost". I have used various services like RackSpace - AWS - Digital Ocean and a few more and I found this to be exactly what they say - The servers handle my request exactly where I need them to be I am recommending the servers adn service to each of my clients

I have been a VPS Customer for almost three years. There’s nothing sterling or amazing to write about their services. You cannot downgrade your account, any of that, and their customer service is what led me to write this review.

I had emailed them to destroy my server and to cancel my account at the end of February. I didn’t wish to continue with them and since I wasn’t able to do it myself on their website, I requested they did it. They didn’t and let the server go another month thinking I hadn’t noticed as they hadn’t responded. Naturally, I blocked any future payments to them on my card, and of course they attempted to charge me for March.

When escalating my issue, I was told to pay then destroy the server, and they have no record of my request to cancel it. I notified them they wouldn’t receive another dime and to close my account, so they escalated it to admins. It’s been a week with no response yet they still make attempts at charging my account.

They are leeches and I wipe my hands of them.

The best service ever I've tried a lot of servers but vpsserver is the best I highly recommend this server

Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I have used their services for roughly one year, have stocked up my funds roughly 100$.

After I tried to enter my dashboard, out of nowhere, they ask me to verify with my ID.

I have no longer access to my account, nor my services and my funds are restricted aswell.

After messaging support about this, I was just told to do it, that's all.

Don't ever use this service, the team behind it clearly isn't professional at all.

I started with one basic VPS server and upgraded to a mid tier one so far. On top of that, i purchased another VPS basic tier.

The service and support has been tremendous so far. Had some hiccups when i wanted to upgrade my VPS but my account didnt allow me to do so, contacted support and they settled it for me within half a day.

Only personal suggestion for improvement i could suggest is that they have backup server/storage plans as their current backup is more of a snapshot of the whole server whereas people might be looking at doing full/incremental backups perodically of their files
