too many steps required for setup...a lot of my personal information "required" that I feel is irrelevant for 1 simple vps server. your competitors do not required this information for a simple transaction

do not be tempted by their "Free Trial" stated all over them webpage. its is all an elaborate scam to convince you into handing over your sensitive and personal info like photo of your ID and selfie, as well as credit card details. you can read the details of the conversation in the live chat transcript below, the live chat account with the name of "Scott" from India, apparently did not answer my question when i asked if they are simply out to harvest personal info for social engineering purposes.

My account was suspended with no warning or explanation. Be prepared to lose all your data. Very poor customer service. This is obviously one of those one man band reseller operations who do not actually host anything themselves. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I have been with them for close to 3 months now and I had no issues with the servers that I have set up. The customer has been helpful in dealing with technical issues. Seriously, I got rid of my previous hosting company because of the flexibility accorded here. Will definitely recommend!

There are many fine hosting companies out there that can offer fast speeds and excellent customer service. This is not one of those.

Get logged out every 1 second, do not try.

Really good service fast or you can say so fast deployment takes about 3 min so you cant feel better

Do not use this host the only reason they have such good reviews is because they push you to leave a good review by offering points to all reviews on trust pilot that they approve and the points = credit for the server. but really this host has stolen my files i had on my server and they are refusing to hand over my files please DO NOT use this host!!

I'm a customer for little over 3 months now and i'm actually very satisfied. I host several affiliate websites which run on different locations without any problems. It was a good thing to use the 7 day trial, i had all the time to test their functionallity. Keep up the good work!

(Take all the reviews with a grain of salt because they offer credits in exchange of writing a trustpilot review. They do not ask users to write a positive review though, but still it changes the review a lot.)

I was searching for a good VPS service with a reasonable price. VPSserver is that service. The lowest tier starts at $2.99 which is pretty good and the VPS is also great. It also comes with a good free trial system which you can use to confirm whether you want to use it or not.
But you cannot get your data if your trial has expired and you did not back it up earlier. This is a bad practice IMO.
Moreover, the credits they give you cannot be availed in full. First you have to add money to your wallet and only then you can use your credits on the invoice. It totally defeats the purpose of the credits.
