Got booked in really quickly, and quick communication from the booking team.
Stan came and cleaned our oven, lovely chap. Good communication regarding time he would be arriving and kept us updated if he was delayed.

Delighted with carpet and sofa clean. Carpet was soiled and I was sceptical that the marks could be removed by dry cleaning but James did a marvellous job. Carpet and sofa never looked this good since new. By far the best clean they’ve had in years. Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer. Efficient, courteous and friendly service.

Had my double oven, hob and extractor fan cleaned yesterday and what I could see looked fine. After the technician left I had a proper look and noticed that they had not cleaned the roof of the oven (surely this means when I put the oven on the gunk from the top will just drip over the clean parts). Also the back of the extractor fan did not look like it had been touched. Overall the technician was lovely and friendly but the cleanliness was not as good as I had hoped

I have already recommended them to my friends (one has already booked after seeing my sofa carpet and oven cleaned by Mark and Josh ) A very professional team they were They Explained what they were going to do and I left them to it. Came back and what a transformation. Thank you

Vulcan Hygiene also do Gutter cleaning. Thank you Stevo (Steven) for the wonderful job you did on our three storey block of flats and also checking the downpipes were clear of debris.

I’ve just had my oven cleaned by a very pleasant chap called James.
He did a very good and professional job.

Stan and Paul cleaned my oven, leather sofas and carpets. They did a brilliant job. The oven looks like new and the carpets and sofas look fabulous.

Very disappointing that after two months Vulcan have failed to resolve the issue created when they cleaned our range cooker; their technician removed all the details of temperatures and control knobs; they told us initially that they would order new decals to resolve the issue, six weeks later we are still waiting, we have been ghosted for at least 3 weeks of that time.
The cleaning itself was ok, but the issues we have faced since after a fairly expensive clean lead me to a position that I cannot recommend this company, no accountability at all.

EDIT: the company have let us down at every turn, today the decals we have waited 11 weeks for, have arrived; surprise surprise they are for a completely different oven. The company and their general manager refuse to take a phone call with me, and have refused any compensation despite saying they have sacked the technician who visited our home. Do not use this company, their policies are not remotely customer focused and they do not work with you to resolve issues they have created.

The company did a brilliant job, on cleaning the oven, hob, looks like new again. James who cleaned the oven out, was spot on called to say when he would be arriving .
