Very disappointing that after two months Vulcan have failed to resolve the issue created when they cleaned our range cooker; their technician removed all the details of temperatures and control knobs; they told us initially that they would order new decals to resolve the issue, six weeks later we are still waiting, we have been ghosted for at least 3 weeks of that time.
The cleaning itself was ok, but the issues we have faced since after a fairly expensive clean lead me to a position that I cannot recommend this company, no accountability at all.

EDIT: the company have let us down at every turn, today the decals we have waited 11 weeks for, have arrived; surprise surprise they are for a completely different oven. The company and their general manager refuse to take a phone call with me, and have refused any compensation despite saying they have sacked the technician who visited our home. Do not use this company, their policies are not remotely customer focused and they do not work with you to resolve issues they have created.

The company did a brilliant job, on cleaning the oven, hob, looks like new again. James who cleaned the oven out, was spot on called to say when he would be arriving .

James cleaned both of my AEG ovens yesterday. I am delighted with the results. The ovens look like new. James was very professional and extremely hard working and thorough, as well as being friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Vulcan. The experience was very customer focussed from the initial enquiry to the completion of the job. Thank you James.

Had my carpets and sofas cleaned today by Carlos. They look brand new and smell gorgeous. Carlos is a friendly, professional young man who is a credit to the company! Thank you Carlos 😃

Alistair was professional and hardworking. He worked without taking any break - remarkable as he had to clean a 3 storey house.
Would most certainly recommend.

Carlos has done a great job cleaning my range after years of neglect. He was professional, hard working and even gave the dog a fuss so he was pleased with the service too.

Had my leather sofa cleaned and polished. Excellent job> Leather was cleanas new. Phil was very helpful

I discussed having him clean 3 of my rooms and in the end he tells me that I have very old carpet and he doesn't clean where the beds and all the furniture were no corners and edges, he only cleans where it was walked on even though there was nothing in my room the message is very long but in short they are thieves who want a lot of money for little work

Mark and trainee Aarron have done a fantastic job on my double oven. They were professional, friendly and funny, and never stopped. Highly recommended! *****

Thank you Stan ftom Vulcan hygiene. Had my G Plan suite steam cleaned today. I was a bit iffy at first about having it cleaned at all. But...thank goodness we did . It's come up 4 shades lighter. We are delighted with the outcome, thank you, Stan.

The job was done on time and in full. We are very pleased with the result.

Had my landing, staircase and lounge cleaned today by Alister, great result, carpets look like new, would highly recommend and will definitely use the company again.

Great job by Carlos and his trainee Paul. Extractor hood, hob and oven all expertly cleaned. Would definitely use Vulcan again.

Good oven clean however I don’t use the grill regularly and when I came to look at it for use some 3 months after the clean there are brackets missing from the grill and the pan is not the original one as it’s far too small - contacted him Vulcan who said there was nothing they could do as I had only just noticed it - despite saying I never use the grill - even if I wanted to now I can’t because the long brackets are missing and the grill pan is too small - won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone .

Excellent work carried out by a good lad with nothing being a problem

The guys from Vulcan did a great job on our old limestone kitchen and utility floor. It was looking tired, old and dirty. But now Vulcan have cleaned, polished and sealed it, it is full of life and looks amazing.
Great service from the whole team. Would highly recommend them.

I was called in advance to let me know that my oven cleaner was arriving. He was friendly, professional and left no mess behind. He did a very thorough job and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to friends or family. Good value for money too.
