I had a complaint that was being handled by Warren Crouch, Customer Resolutions Executive, and I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service. I was constantly spoken over during phone calls and the call was even ended while I was trying to explain my concerns.

I also sent an email asking if I could speak to someone else, but this was completely ignored. I explained how much stress this whole complaint had caused me, but there seemed to be no care or understanding shown at all.

For such a large company, the way complaints are handled is extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism has left me very unhappy with the experience.

Easy and straightforward

Straight forward application. Costs clearly stated, payment schedule and amount. Paperwork not too overwhelming and the sales team were very patient in describing anything and answering any questions.

The process was very easy but the best bit is 0% finance, i wouldn't have bought the car if there were interested payments.

The worst service i have ever experienced. I have raised a complaint on the 27th January and i am still awaiting a response.

I have been made aware my case has finally been assigned to a case manager however this information has only been provided by Audi Customer Services 2 weeks ago and i have failed to have any communication from this person so far to date.

I chose this brand specifically being a premium luxury brand providing and expecting a high level of service alongside a non faulting car. Well over the official time expectations of the complaint and i continue to have to pay for a car that is faulty. Ridiculous service and has put me off buying any brand of car under VWFS.

The whole process was very clear and explained well. The staff were polite, attentive and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at any point. A great experience.

Far too much paperwork and legalese. I must have signed getting on for 40 signatures on line and in the showroom on pick up date. Totally ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience. It's not every day you buy a brand new car!

Hi please do not use as I wanted to do a VT as I have don’t 2years 7 months so wanted to hand it back but they are telling me I need to pay 4500 to do a VT as it was all add to the ballon payment at the end of the agreement do not use them and if you do look very closely atyour contract. I would give them -5 but does not go that low

We have used Skoda Financial Services for 20 years plus and each occasion has been straightforward with no issues. Excellent staff and service.
