Deceitful Company
These people are scammers. They charge in GBP and refund in Euros. I have just lost £4.30 as a result of this bit of company deceit. They try to blame it on the banks. Beware, and don't waste you money with them.
In answer to their reply. This is no accident. They have been using this excuse as far back as 2021. If it were accidental it could be and should be easily rectified. No, this is deliberate policy.

Poor quality service
I will give only two stars. Very bad service. Ping rate is too high and servers are not optimized. Fastest server from Brunei is usually Japan or Korea with Ping 87ms, it's terrible.

Does not unblock IP...chamelion does not stop detection of VPN software...cannot delete adapter #4 VyprVPN setting remnant...browsers do not navigate normally anymore...buffering delays with no VPN connection now...cannot connect to VyprVPN website to access account and cancel account...epic fail
