The food was ice cold

The food was ice cold. Mia mia was a terrible disappointment after so many good meals from them. Food was ice cold and no flavor. Sauce tasted like Ragu. For $45:00 it was a terrible meal. Food was dry and tasteless.

Frequently missing an item on order

They are very expensive, but I can’t deduct them for that because you know the price before you order, however, there are other problems. The main one being that 1/4 of the time something is missing from my order. It’s usually not a main part, but a side like French-fries or my salad. When I call and complain, they will credit me on next order, but I’m sick of having to message them and I want my food that I ordered. The other major complaint I have is they leave the food at my door and don’t knock or ring doorbell. Some of them do, but most don’t. I use them 2-3 times per week because I have no other options because I live a little out of city limits.

I did not receive my entire order I…

I did not receive my entire order I asked to have a refund and that they can have the half the order they tried to deliver they refused and only refunded one of my items. I strongly suggest not to use asap. The customer service is horrible. This is also the second issue I’ve had with them

Great Experience!

Food delivered hot, before promised time, and delicious! Order was correct and ASAP delivery person was courteous and handed me order at the door. So appreciated!!

Bad experience

I didnt receive my order and the delivery driver claimed that it had been delivered. When i contacted customer support via chat, the representative was very rude and basically made it seem like it was my problem and that nothing more would be done. I ended the chat and dialed back and got a supervisor who eventually refunded my money without even communicating with me!! I order here often but this was a very bad experience for me while i was at work and couldn't leave might I add!!
