ASAP 

ASAP need to update the app so that the customer can call the driver because every time I order it’s a problem I give them directions in the app where to come in the apartment complex but they don’t read it and I give the gate code to get in but they said they can’t read but if make the app so I can call them or they call me we won’t have this problem

I was "rerouted" from DD to ASAP, I have unfortunately learned they have a fair and polite REFUND service, necessitated by HORRIBLE delivery persons, who are rude and don't read the simple instructions on my profile. Actually requested that one be fired...

Great food, quick service, insane taxes & fees that made my Order total double. Makes me hesitant to use very often

Every time we order from asap our order is wrong. you can't speak directly to anyone, only through texts. they will not send anyone to redeliver the items u are missing only credit your asap account so u have to order again. They will not refund your money. i am in the process of disputing my transaction with my bank. Delivery Dudes used to be so good before they turned into asap! i will NEVER order delivery through them anymore. ASAP sucks!

Food was warm and excellent. Delivery person did not ring my doorbell, just left food on my walkway.

Deleted me for no reason. Didn't give me a explanation

The app provided was inconsistent. Non of the delivery features worked. Everytime I picked up an order for delivery I would attempt to send message:
"Good Evening Mr. (Customer's Name). This is your food delivery driver. I wanted to let you know I'm leaving ( Name of Restaurant) in route to your location. According to the gps I will be arriving no later than 6:10pm. C U soon!"
Every single attempt I received response message:
"Thank you for texting Waitr. This number only works while your order is in the delivery process. For further assistance, please tap the ‘Help’ button from the Waitr app or our website."
Call customer option never worked! No contact number for assistance with delivery. Even received wrong address for a delivery. Delivery alerts would chime for orders scheduled to be delivered within 10 minutes of receiving assignments.( Sometimes even after). Restaurant chain locations not being the closest to the customers!( Pick up was a 15 min drive from customer. Another location was a 5 min drive to customer location!) This happened twice out of maybe 12 deliveries. To top it off after running all over town for orders they have scheduled late, They terminate the agreement. This was not a good experience to say the least. I can only imagine the customers' experience when using this company. If these reviews are checked by the company; please respond with a phone number for contact to discuss!

What a joke. Waste of time to drive for. Hardly any offers and pay offered is often less than 1 dollar per mile with long wait times at all restaurants. This company does not service the restaurants and ignores there calls as well. Use uber eats or doordash as they have working tablets for restaurants and actually have an sctual working phone number. Asap your a joke to the industry
