Ordered a walking pad, no response to multiple emails. No number to ring, no Treadmill arrived. Total scam. Fake reviews online

I would advise anyone that got caught with this scam is to go to their bank and report it. Bank will explain what to do and help you to try to get your money back.

UPDATE
Bank got onto the business company which the company had 30 days to respond. Company was to prove if item was delivered etc or refund the money. I got refunded.

I too got caught. I have reported this to the guard. who didn't seems to be bother about it. I'm going to try again. I've also got onto the bank and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Definitely a scam!!! Avoid!!! Ordered before Christmas, no contact from the company to date despite several emails requesting cancellation of my order and a refund. SCAM!!!!!

Can someone please explain how this website is still allowed to operate?
Over the past months, dozens of people have reported the same experience: no products delivered, no refunds, and endless excuses. The rating speaks for itself — the majority of recent reviews are 1-star, yet the website continues to function, accept payments, and mislead new customers.
How many people need to be scammed before action is taken?
Why is this business still online while so many customers are left without their money or products?
At this point, this is no longer an isolated issue — it is a clear pattern of deception. Authorities, payment providers, and platforms should be looking into this immediately.

Like everyone else I've been scammed by this lot, ordered in December and they don't reply to any emails.

This is a company 2 avoid charged for the walking pad no email reply when I asked why I didn't receive my walking pad and I dont know how to get my money back

Ordered Dec. 16th for pre-Christmas delivery - but still waiting. Sent several follow-up emails - with no response. The phone no. listed on their site is not active. Reporting to Garda Fraud and to my bank as this is obviously a scam site and should be avoided.

Update. Appears from some research that this site might be run by a well known scammer. See reviews of walkingpad.nz and the owners alleged scam photography scheme which apparently includes fake reviews aplenty. Report this site to your local gardai if you can so they can pass it onto the relevant people in fraud.

Order December 19th with the promise of Christmas delivery, the only communication was a confirmation text that morning and nothing since. This is definitely a scam website, even though they have an Irish address, avoid! I’ve emailed and got no reply the same as everyone else’s experience.

I already left a terrible review for this scam site but just wanted to let everyone else know I threatened to get Gardai involved and they eventually sent me my money back after I pestered them for about a month, definitely dispute this charge and report them to any authority that’s the only way you will get money back, it’s complete scam and obviously will never actually send out the product, all the good reviews on this are fake.

Really wish i read the reviews before i ordered it. Assumed with it being a .ie company it would be legit. Made my order Saturday the 4th of January. Havent heard anything since i emailed, reached out on social media, nothing. Be happy to change my review if they get in contact with me or it shows up. Quite anxious and the lack of communication is bad. If anyone hears back or knows how i can get my money back if its a scam please let me know. I am reporting them to my bank and the gardai fraud branch. Id recommend anyone who fell victim does the same

Same experience as everyone below. Stay well clear of this 'company'.

Ordered on December 19 as they said delivery could be made before Christmas. One 'confirmation' email received and then absolutely nothing since despite 5 emails to them to follow up both through the email address they list on their site and the contact form. No phone number to call that I can find.

Steer clear and save yourself the heartache. 100% a scam site.

Appalling service. I ordered a walking pad in December. Got an email saying it had been shipped & no tracking details. 4 emails later no contact & then they wrote requesting a review. Unimpressed eith this company

Ordered on dec 13th with expected delivery 15-18th Dec.
31st Dec and it still hasn't arrived, and they don't reply to emails or on the "contact us" page on website, nor do they have a valid eircode or a working phone number.
Need a refund.

ORDER #1317. Single communication to give invoice but no communications from then on. Can’t track the order. Emailed them to ask for a refund but no reply to date. Only given a 1 as a zero not a possible option.

Was asked to order from this site for a Christmas gift as it was a bargain. Wish I never had.

Placed order on the 5th of December. Received one email after order. Can't view order on website as its a dead webpage when you click on the "link" on email.

Never received a single follow up email even when I contacted them.

Phone number doesn't exist when trying to ring it.

I've received two emails in last 2 days asking me to review a product I have not received, but cannot reply to emails they have been sent.

Very close to getting a refund through PayPal.
PayPal payment is what made me believe this was not a scam website.

The walking pad is brilliant. Let me share my experience it's quiet and fits my small space.
Delivery was slow though.

Shocking that they haven’t been shut down! Ordered in 18th and haven’t received my order! Going to cancel payment, this is disgraceful scamming people at Christmas time, money is tight enough! Do not order from this site!

Didn't receive the product. I've reported to PayPal. Cannot email or ring the company .scam!!!
