Absolute scam!!

Absolute scam!!! Do not buy from this business. Ordered on Feb 28th. Got no confirmation or shipping info. Emailed about this. A few days later got an auto general reply about some mixup. I’ve emailed 3 times in the last week, no response at all. No phone number or social media contact. It’s a joke they can get away with stealing from people like this. Stay far away from this scam

Ordered on 7th January

Ordered on 7th January, received it 30th January via DPD. Was worried it was a fake site, but the tracking number confirmed it was genuine. Delivery took a while.

Still awaiting my Walking Pad after 4…

Still awaiting my Walking Pad after 4 weeks. Have emailed twice now. Had one reply but seemed like a generated email that everyone is sent, not a direct reply to my questions. Should have read these before purchasing but it looked legitimate. Any reviews here that say they got their item I don't believe are real reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"

I think this a scam company

I think this a scam company. Ordered an item in February and all we have to show for it is a few emails, which have been sketchy to say the least. We have requested a refund twice, been ignored, offered another product, which we were told had been dispatched. It still isn't here. nearly €500 out of pocket. We'd like a refund but I think the only way is to go chargeback with mastercard which we will be doing. Avoid at all costs, don't buy from walkingpad.ie or gymbunny or any of the other names they're using.

Scammer - avoid!

Scammer - avoid! Phone numbers are fake, the address is fake, the whole company is a scam. I ordered and never got the tracking number, just a general link to dpd. I’ve been waiting for a few weeks now, sending multiple emails but no update, no refund. I’ll try getting my money back through chargeback hopefully the bank will be helpful

Edit: I can see the reply below - don’t get fooled. They still did not send me the tracking number, not to mention the pad I’ve paid for. I have asked them via email for a refund multiple times, with no answer at all. This company is not even a joke, it’s plain stealing.

Dear Klaudia,

We're really sorry to hear that you've had such a frustrating experience with your order. We understand how upsetting it must be to wait for something that doesn't arrive, and we want to make things right.

Firstly, we want to assure you that we're not a scam. We're a genuine business that cares about our customers. Unfortunately, your order was affected by a technical issue with our printing system, which caused some delays. As a result, your parcel was returned to us. We did send you an email about this, but it seems like we might have missed each other.

If you'd like a refund, please just let us know by replying to our email. We'll sort it out for you right away, no problem at all. If you'd rather we resend your order, we're happy to do that too.

We're truly sorry again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out directly.

Thank you!

Worth the wait, barely

Ordered on 09th February, received it on last day of the month 28th. No updates for weeks, had to chase them for information. The stress of wondering if I'd been scammed wasn't nice

They do not reside at the stated address. Phone numbers are fake. Took money and said goods would be dispatched. then got a delayed email and to wait. I asked for a refund after waiting and they said it would be refunded in 3-5 days. After that I got ghosted. attempting to do a charge back from my bank at the moment

Hello Alan,

We're truly sorry for the confusion and frustration you've experienced. We want to assure you that we are not a scam.

Regarding the phone number, we initially had it for Meta advertising requirements. However, we struggled to manage the volume of calls effectively, which led us to discontinue phone support. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We initiated your refund on February 12th, and you should have received it by now. If you haven't, please let us know, and we'll investigate immediately to resolve this issue.

We're committed to improving our communication and service. Thank you for your patience, and we're sorry again for any stress this situation has caused.

Regards,

Walking Pad IE

SCAM SCAM SCAM

******STAY AWAY ******* from this website.....

SCAM SCAM SCAM.

The sellers merchant ID is for company named Bruno Rosa Photography based in Dun Laoghaire. A few days ago the company was based in the shopping centre however now the website just states Dun Laoghaire as the shopping centre confirmed their non existence.
The seller Bruno based in Dun Laoghaire was also selling 2 walking pads on done deal after "winning" them in a give away draw.

I believe this seller is also affiliated to another website called gymbunny also based in Dun Laoghaire. The company's address on their website is 22 Patrick Street however this house went up for sale in Nov 24 and is now sale agreed.

The walkingpad website is continually being updated/edited to look more professional. Make sure to take screen shots for evidence if you have been scammed !!!!

Total scam Bruno Rossa

Total scam. Took €300 from me, I seen the money went to Bruno rossa photography and I realised I had been scammed. On further investigation I see he has pads on DoneDeal under the story that his wife won this and already has one. BEWARE!

Walking pad

I ordered a walking pad from this site on 7th January and I received it yesterday via DPD. I was beginning to think it was a fake site and I'd been conned out of my money as it was difficult to get in touch with anyone but I eventually received a tracking number from Niamh which was correct as I checked with DPD.ie. So it appears to be genuine but you may be waiting a while for delivery.

This is a fake site, don't purchase anything here

This looks to be a fake site. I checked for scam reviews before I placed my order (on Jan 2nd, 2024) and there were none. The website looks professional and it uses Shopify for payments, so I figured it was legitimate, but in reality it was just getting started. Now, two weeks later, there are three scam reports. Company does not return phone calls or emails and no product arrived. Garda website says to 'report to your local Garda station'. Seriously?
