Walkingpad 

Order Number 1210 - I ordered my walking pad a week ago. I have had no communication (other than the initial order email) and no reply to the 2 emails I have sent them trying to ascertain where my order is and when (or if) I will receive my order. I am beginning to suspect this is a scam. No way to contact them and dubious looking information on the "our story" section of their site. As of this moment I strongly recommend you stay away from this site.
Edit - To say that the response to my review is purely for show so please do not fall for this scam site.
As of 12 December 2025 I have not received my order, nor have I heard anythin back from and cannot get in touch with this company. Do not interpret their reply as genuine. You will lose your money!

I ordered my walking pad on 5th of June, I have contacted them 3 times on the 2 email addresses provided for customer service over the last 6 weeks with no response. I still have not received my product nor any shipping confirmation/ tracking details. No contact number to call anyone.

Have I been scammed?? I have also reported via Shop app!

Don't order from this scam website ,luckily I got refunded from my bank.
Wouldn't of ordered if I had only checked the reviews.

Zero should be an option for the review. Absolutely disgraceful, ordered a walking pad on 11th March. No update or reply from supplier. No phone number on their website. Bank said my dispute has been declined and took the money again but still no update 2 months later.

This should be a score of zero as this company is a scam. My bank refunded me luckily. Contact your bank or credit card company to report fraud. This website is not recognised by walkingpad.com to sell their products. There are no reviews on facebook from Ireland, 100% are from the Philippines. Address and phone number are fraudulent

Ordered in January and still no sign of delivery. NO communication from the company after multiple emails. Telephone number does not work!!!

This is a scam company. We ordered back in February and never received the walking pad or any response to our numerous follow up emails. Avoid at all costs! We requested the money back through our bank. Very disappointing experience and I'm shocked their website is still up and running!!

Got a generic email about delayed deliveries 3 weeks later. No word since after several follow ups. Do not order from here!!

I ordered my walking pad on the 24th March and now 11 working days later I haven't heard anything from them about it. I've sent three emails and.no reply. I also tried the phone number but it seems to be out of service. I'm willing to change my opinion if I hear from them but it's not looking hopeful. the money has been taken from my account so it's hard to think that this isn't a scam website.
update on 7th may- I got an email to say that my walking pad had been dispatched and I was to expect delivery between the 30th April and 1st may. I'm still waiting. unfortunately this seems to be a scam.

Ordered on Feb 25th, expected delivery 5-9th March, didnt come. Sent 2 x messages to them through the website chasing delivery, no answer, found their email address and sent 3 emails chasing delivery also no answer. It's been a month so issued a chargeback via bank and got money back. Picked one up from McSport in Dublin. Do not order from walkingpad.ie, seems like a scam to me, even the reviews saying it turned up in the end all sound the same, i think they're fake reviews.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Absolute scam company, there are some warning signs on their site if I had paid more attention, lot's of placeholder text etc but I thought it was just a new website and business.

I made my order this month for €500+ treadmill, received a confirmation email and charge but despite multiple attempts both through their contact form and email address I have not got any replies.

I have reached out to Shopify to try get this site shutdown as it is clearly scamming people for a lot of money, just here on TrustPilot alone we can see evidence of that (I wish I checked before ordering!) and who knows how many have not came here to tell their experience?

I will update review if the order randomly appears like others have mentioned

This site has now been suspended by Shopify due to their scamming, FYI I did not receive my item

The owners of this site have somehow got their site back online, shame on Shopify for allowing this to happen. We continue to see scam victims!

I also received an email with supposed tracking number but it's not even a tracking number, just some free text saying "DISPATCHED--->Expected-delivery-date-Apr-29th-Apr-30th"

UPDATE: 21/08/2025
The item never arrived and I was unable to get a refund via Bank or Shopify. However after 4 attempts it looks like Shopify have yet again shut this site down, hope it stays like that as they are clearly flooding fake positive reviews here.

The site clearly continues to scam people and claim victims, I am yet again reaching out to key companies to try get this site shutdown again.

This shower should be jailed . Ordered in mid-February, no tracking , no refund and no reply after late February. Over €400 for nothing . My wife has heart problem and wants to try to help herself so what was to be a birthday present is now a stressful hunt to get these buggers closed .

Extremely disappointed. Must be a scam as no tracking number no response from the company. So so disappointed. Tried contacting them no updates. No delivery past the latest delivery date.

My advice.... Keep away from this website.

I ordered in the 10th of March still waiting ,no tracking number just a link to a dpd Germany saying that the tracking service not available.you wont answer my emails ..I really thought this was a genuine site ..then I seen all the posts on this ..No doubt you will probably tell me this is an official business..if it is genuine you really don't know how to run it properly.lots of very unhappy people on here that haven't received there products.
I give you another few days to see if you respond to my emails or this post ..if not I take it further ...

Product is good, but delivery took over three weeks. No updates until it showed up unexpectedly.

Ordered on 8th February, received on 3rd March. No communication, just left on the doorstep.

Good walking pad but delivery was very slow. No updated for days, then it arrived unexpectedly.

I ordered my walking pad from this company on the 10th February last, with an expected delivery date between the 20th-22nd of February. It was never delivered, and I couldn’t track it at all either. On the 25th of February, I got an email from the company apologising for the delay, saying that there was an issue with their labels which was being rectified, and that I would be able to track my order shortly. This never happened, and I have contacted the company on numerous occasions since, initially regarding the status of my order, and then requesting a refund. I have not got a single reply from them !
This appears to be a total scam, and hopefully future customers will read these reviews before placing any orders with these shower !

After a delay, walking pad just arrived. No updates for weeks, then it just showed up. Works fine, but the delivery process needs improvement.
