Terrible service

Terrible service, phone number doesn’t work, eircode given is not for this business. Walking pad ordered weeks ago, only given a confirmation email and numerous emails about the tracking number have been ignored. Do not buy from this company, will be suprised if this product ever shows up

Order 1327

Ordered over a week ago. Got confirmation email and card was deducted. When ordering the site indicated delivery on either the 18/19 Dec. No email from them to give update. No reply to two emails. Phone number I found 01 223 2822 does not work . Think it's best to avoid this site. probable scam site , time to have a chat with the bank. sorry I did not check here sooner .

Update. 23/Dec. Sent another email no response. Be careful some if not all 5 star reviews here are fake.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, feels like a scam unfortunately,ordered on Dec 13 was then sent an email to say my order has been dispatched.Have tried to track the order number 1307 but unable to do so.Have since sent 2 emails to which I have received no reply.Had I read the reviews on this so called company I would have purchased elsewhere.If the product cannot be delivered as advertised or then a refund must be given but who do you contact as they don't seem to reply.

Scam Do not buy

Order 1283 Submitted Cyber Monday, no delivery tracking number received and still outstanding. Beware this is just not decent customer service and I’m worried this website is a scam. Full refund required.

I’ve since established this is a scam website. Do not buy from this website and Trustpilot please note this also so that no more people get robbed.

Don’t be fooled

WalkingPad.ie replied publicly on Trustpilot asking for my order details to “check properly” and issue a refund. This is misleading.

I have already emailed them five times with my full order details and have been completely ignored. The only response I’ve received is a public Trustpilot reply, which I cannot respond to.

This gives the impression of customer support, but in reality there has been none. At this point, their behaviour appears deceptive and designed to save face publicly while avoiding resolution privately.

Avoid this company and do not get caught out they have left me out of pocket before Christmas for something that was supposed to be part of a present.

UPDATE
I have sent you ANOTHER email this time with the subject line you have said. Will update my reviews should anything change (I highly doubt it)

The issue we have right now is that on Trustpilot you appear only as “RC”, and we have multiple emails/reviews coming in daily, so we cannot safely match “RC” to a specific order without risking accessing the wrong customer’s details or refunding the wrong order.

Avoid at all costs

FYI: Go through all the positive reviews, every name is AI generated. They used a prompt for traditional Irish names

Ordered on Black Friday as advertised to arrive within 5-10 days so reached out via there website looking for an update as there was no shipping details yet. I was told I would have an update in the morning and havent heard anything since. No phone number to call and also the address given seems to be a different business. Avoid

To clarify, your order #1259 was dispatched with DPD on 3rd December 2025 and it’s scheduled to be delivered this week. The tracking link can sometimes take a little while to start showing scans, but it is on the way.
You’re also right to flag the lack of updates, that’s on us. We should have followed up when we said we would.
If you’re not happy to wait any longer, we can offer a full refund (€169) immediately. Just reply here or by email confirming whether you’d like to wait for delivery or receive the refund.

Unlikely to be a legitimate business

Order not received and no communication regarding delivery date. No replies to my multiple follow up emails. This company potentially does not exist and this is possibly a scam.

SCAM – Still No Refund, Asking Customers to Delete Negative Reviews

This is now my fifth update, and unfortunately nothing has changed — if anything, the situation has become even more disturbing.
After months of silence, the company finally replied to me only after another negative review. They claimed they would issue a full refund, but then insisted that I must delete my recent 1-star reviews before they process it. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
A legitimate company should refund customers regardless of reviews — especially when the issue is entirely their fault.
I provided my bank details as requested, and as expected, they have gone silent again. No refund, no follow-up, nothing.
Their public replies under reviews are clearly written only to look good to potential buyers and create the illusion of “customer service,” but in reality they do not solve anything.
Yet the website continues operating with new fake products and fake 5-star reviews.
Warning to everyone:
Do NOT buy anything from this website.
You will not receive your product, you will not get your money back, and you will be pressured to remove negative reviews if you dare to complain.
Stay safe and avoid this scam

Scammers ..the fact they respond to…

Scammers ..the fact they respond to trustpilot is a joke..taking peoples money then sayin they sent a reply..also able to respond faster to a trust pilot site than their customers ..I smell bull****. I never received a tracking number said dpd has it but they wud automatically give u a tracking number and my invoice is a screenshot of my order ..

Our order and shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically, but they can sometimes end up in spam or junk folders, so it’s worth having a quick look there as well.

No Sign of walking pad

My order still hasn't been delivered. I ordered it on the 7th of October Order #1229. I received an email on October 15th saying there was a problem with the delivery, but that the item was now on its way and I would have it the next week. But I still have not received the walking pad

You are absolutely right to expect your walking pad much sooner. We had a printing label sync issue in our system that unfortunately affected over 100 orders, including yours. That meant some parcels went out with incorrect labels and were returned to us. We know how messy that has been, and we are actively fixing the printing system and double-checking every order to make sure this does not happen again.

The good news is that your Walking Pad is now back on track and on the way to you. We have sent you the TNT tracking link by email, and the courier has your delivery scheduled for 27th November.

If for any reason you do not receive it by after that date, please reply to our email and we will escalate it right away. But please rest assured, we guarantee that your order will be delivered.

STAY AWAY - I placed an order back in July of this…

I placed an order back in July 2025 (today's date is 20th October 2025 for reference) order number 1210. Despite many many attempts on my behalf, I never received any reply to my emails and contact efforts. Let alone my actual order! They took the money for my order out of my account and I received nothing but stress. Only conclusion I can come to is that it must be a scam obviously.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service.

You try and do right and ‘shop local’/‘shop Irish’ but instead you get delayed delivery and awful customer service. I could have bought the walking pad on Amazon and received it 2 weeks earlier. Their website says 7-10 working days. This is not true. No response or follow up from their customer service either. Wish I’d seen these review before I ordered. AVOID!

Your order has now been delivered, it arrived in 12 working days, just a couple of days outside our usual 7–10 working day estimate. The reason for this slight delay is that we experienced a much higher volume of orders than usual, and the model you selected temporarily went out of stock in our Irish warehouse. To make sure you still received it as quickly as possible, we fulfilled it from our sister warehouse in Germany, which added a few extra days to the delivery time.
