I was not happy with the first visit being so late in the day, they could only fit one window in daylight, Then the one they replaced in the dark cause a lot of problems a job like mine should have been scheduled for morning so they could have completed it all in daylight.

Excellent service from Gavin the salesman and the surveyor. The fitters Tony and Martin were happy & friendly lads who worked very hard. They put dust sheets down & cleaned up at the end of each day. Their workmanship was very professional and did a first class job of our windows. We highly recommend Warmseal.

Had all windows and doors fitted to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for the workmen who were on time each day, and also were very polite. Fantastic guys !

Couldn’t even be bothered to contact me to say they couldn’t make an appointment they had regularly tried to contact my phone throughout the day until I answered to check my availability. Could’ve done something else than wait in. Guess my business isn’t THAT important to them. I guess I’ll never know how good they’re doors are.

The experienced installer that installed the windows was prompt, caring, efficient and did not leave until 5pm that day after completing the job.

These windows are more effective than those I had installed 5 years ago in terms of noise level (none) and warmth level (very noticeable).

Therefore I would like to thank this company and I would recommend it to anyone!

Got a new door fitted I'm a returning customer wouldn't go anywhere else really. Sales staff are salaried so no pushy sales.

We had an appointment for our windows to be measured up but had to re arrange because our daughter had to go to hospital due to diabetic problems. I called the guy to let him know we had to go to hospital and he said could we do 10 am the following morning and we would get a call about 9 before he came which was fine with us, now bare in mind if I didn't want an appointment I would have plainly said so but I wanted a good idea of what it was to get two windows replaced. The next morning at 9.20 we had a call but couldn't get to the phone in time, NO message was left when the answer phone kicked in and we never had any call back after that NOT ONE. We waited in for the appointment but nobody showed , my wife had to go to work at 11 am anyway but I was in all day , no phone call and no show. Then the following day at 6.50 pm I get a call from a down right rude sales guy (yes the same one who should have shown up for his appointment). He tells me on the phone he tried calling 6-7 times before the appointment , this is a complete load of rubbish as we were in and our phone goes to answer phone so why then wasn't a message left 6-7 times ?. I tell him we never had 6-7 calls from him and he starts getting rude and funny with me insinuating I was lying , why would I lie ? , I waited in on my day off work because I wanted to get a quote , if I didn't want a quote I would have said when they canvassed our door !!. Obviously a jack the lad sales rep who thinks he can phone up with an attitude , easy done down the phone. unfortunately it just shows me and others the type of firm I don't want dealing with.

The men worked hard to get the job done and although there was one small problem it was quickly fixed. Thank you.

having been let down by the previous firm Warmseal was brilliant arrived as stated did a great job cleaned up and removed the rubbish and were two great guys pleasant friendly and informative would recommend them and Warmseal to anyone

Great service and the installer of our door was very polite and friendly a minor problem was quickly resolved. Very pleased with installer and warmseal.

I've used them many times over the years. Generally very satisfied. Not five stars, though, as the were very slow this time and I had to chase them up at each stage. On the actual day they were due to come at 9.30. Rang them at 10 to be told that they were on another job and would try to get to me by the afternoon. I was seriously annoyed. Didn't expect that kind of treatment from them. They managed to find someone to come straight away. The work people were good, but the management leaves room for improvement. I am happy with the windows.
