Excellent choice to have new windows and doors fitted. Could not have found a better window company to complete this job.

Although one of the panes of glass had to be renewed, window decoration reordered, and the lock adjusted, the work was done in a satisfactory way and the work men were pleasant to have working in the house. They cleared up well before leaving. Just a pity the work was not completed in one go.

Good price, great product door looks fabulous and the installation was completed on agreed time. Workman was excellent, very clean.

Very pleased with the product and the installation of our new patio door. But the key gets jammed inside the barrel when taking it out. The installer left a note on paper work about the fault. Still awaiting for the key barrels replacements.

Lots of clock ups, but tried your best to rectify and satisfy. Between 3 and 4*s.

We actually ordered our windows from another company but they went bankrupt, warmseal came to the rescue and honoured the design and price.
The team that came to fit them worked hard all day, minimal mess, made good on surrounding areas and cleaned up after themselves.
Would recommend Warmseal and would use them again

9 months ago we placed an order for 16 windows & 3 doors with Safeglaze, just before they went into liquidation. They came along & fitted them but what a disaster that was!
Every door & window had multiple faults & they also left all sorts of mess behind too.
Then Warmseal took over & things dramatically improved. Putting right what someone else had done so wrong was an enormous task, much bigger than just putting in new windows. Each one of your team we had contact with was so kind, helpful & professional.
In particular, we would like to give a special mention to Keith, who came to our home 4 times in total.
He meticulously made the LONG list of all the faults & over 3 more visits, he (& on one occasion a guy called Steve) put everything right. It has been a pleasure to meet Keith. He is a lovely person, very knowledgeable & professional.
He had all the skills to put things right for us. No-one could have done a better job.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Warmseal to friends & family.

Work was carried out to a very high and efficient standard, only one outstanding issue to be completed, to the base of a drainpipe. The completed job on the garage is excellent. Have used the firm before and would use them again.

I was very happy with the work carried out by Warmseal as the I had done previously it was first class, my only concern were the people doing the scaffolding they did some slight damage to the property and left a lot of mess but Warmseal put it all right and cleaned up the mess very quickly, I was very impressed on how Quickly this was done, I would always recommend Warmseal for the quality of there work and the good service they gave.

Great products, customer service was very efficient. Fit and finish was of an excellent standard.

Warmseal inherited the job through the now defunct Safeglaze, a job they probably would not have quoted for the price they completed at. Despite this the only hiccup from the point of contract was a slight delay in the install, windows were not ready for the first date. Beyond that the quality is good and the install team did you proud. Two polite, hardworking and thorough young guys who managed a challenging install quickly and with minimal disruption. Can't give 5 stars because of the first missed date, these things happen though and we were kept informed.

We wanted new patio doors, so contacted Warmseal. Their rep visited and measured up and gave us what we thought was a fair price, so we went ahead.
The fitter was friendly and made a good job of is, not rushing at all, just making sure it was all good.
We are pleased with the results, and would recommend the firm to anyone. John and Cathrine.

We are thoroughly delighted with the workmanship of Warmseal. Installation of our windows was so well done. The precision with which the windows were installed was outstanding. And the technicians are so neat and tidy that you would be hard pressed to think that anyone had taken windows out and replaced them, absolutely no mess. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Warmseal.

The fitter we had (Neil) was excellent. He had to work in horrendous weather conditions & did a superb job.

A really good company and the fitters were so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend them.

From start to finish to process was organized and first class, The product (ie bi-fold doors) are excellent and the installation was carried out on the agreed date. the workmanship was good and tidy.
all the staff i dealt with were polite and caring.
i am very satisfied with experience.
