Great service from start to finish, and a very sound product. The front of the house looks rejuvenated. The guys on site were particularly helpful, and really knew their job. The brick lintels above the windows needed to be lifted and reinforced, before new windows could be fitted. The attention to detail to get the facade of the house looking its best was much appreciated.
I have already recommended Warmseal, and would definitely use them again.

This is the third time we have used Warmseal.
There are no high pressure sales pitches, if the price is right for you then go for it.
There was a problem with one of the panes of glass in our new bedroom window, this was sorted quickly and re fitting arranged at a time to suit us.
No issues at all and would highly recommend.

We had a composite door fitted
and we have had no end to problems .
Well I say a door but this was number 6 as they were all faulty .
They blamed the saw and complained that they had to buy a new one as the old one was damaging all the doors .
Water came in through letter box ,
Door is warped even though they say it's not.
Water comes in through threshold which has damaged the new floor we got.
Then the company went in to administration, then I'm told that they can't do anything to help and we would have to contact the insurance company, they said we had to get 2 quotes to repair door , but no other company wanted to repair it .
Door looks nice but what's the point of having a nice looking door if it doesn't keep the rain out .
So please don't buy from this company
You have been warned.

Go into liquidation for the umpteenth time
Open back up under the same name then do it all again .

Measured my windows and door, came to install them installed the windows and when it came to the door was told that the door would not fit. Door remeasured came to install door again, and door wouldn't fit. Door remeasured for a third time came to install door, the door wouldn't fit. Door measured for a forth time, told it would fit only to be told on the phone some tie latter that it wouldn't fit. I was told that I could only pick from three doors or £400 off the bill. I also received a letter demanding I pay even though the job was not completed and threatened with legal if I didn't by a certain time. After a year of arguing with them we agreed a price without the door, they have been paid in full i'm still waiting for my guarantee.

30/04/20 I used safe glaze to buy my windows and doors and paid my deposit, then they went into administration. Then weeks later received a phone call from warmseal claiming they had took over my safe glaze contract and would honor my deposit, at a later date i contacted the DGCOS and they told me that they were dealing with the safe glaze administration and that nobody had there old or existing contracts. I was not abusive when i was talking to the staff, and it took a year because they would not be reasonable, it took over two weeks to receive my guarantee after i paid, even though they said they would post it the next day.

From the initial appointment with Gavin in our home to the fitting we were very impressed and would recommend Warmseal to anyone looking for new windows or doors. Tony and Martin the fitters were fantastic too. Thank you to everyone at Warmseal for making the experience so easy.

The service provided by Warmseal was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially the two fitters who worked quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption and mess.

The job was done in a timely professional manner. I have used warm seal twice. Once for a conservatory and once for replacement windows. Both jobs were well don. Would recommend them to anyone

We are very pleased with our new porch, it has been built just as we imagined. Many thanks to all office staff, window fitters, plasterer & electrician. This was our second home improvement project with Warmseal and we most certainly would prefer to use them again for our next.

As usual, a good job carried out by Warmseal. Installers arrived on time, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and left me with a super new window.

Good all round professional job from adrian the salesman to the guys who installed my roofline. Only downside was the scaffolding firm, took two weeks for them to take it down.

Despite one or two unforeseen problems, the work on the rooflines and the fitting of one window was carried out to a high standard. The double glazing does its job well, as on frosty days there is no internal condensation, but there is on the outside pane. This shows that this inner pane is warm and the outer pane is cold and that heat is not being transferred from the inside pane to the outer one. The fitting team were efficient, courteous, and removed all waste. This is the third time we have used Warmseal.

From the first meeting with a warmseal representative we knew we were making the right choice! No high pressure sales and they were willing to listen to all our requests, discuss options and offer excellent advice!

The guys who installed our windows were true professionals, courteous and helpful and incredibly efficient! The product is excellent and I would highly recommend warmseal to anyone!

Flawless. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, quality of the work was excellent and they tidied up after themselves.

Grant, the fitter, arrived earlier than advised which suited me well. He is a very nice man, courteous and efficient. The fitting went well with no hiccups and he left my house in a clean and tidy state. I would recommend Warmseal to everyone.

It was only a small job but we are extremely pleased. They turn up on time - do an excellent job - tidy up. Explain the locking system. It is the second job we have had done and I would recommend them highly.
