problem with one of my windows…not locking
I had a problem with one of my windows installed by yourselves Warmseal and just want to thank you for the prompt service today.
The young gentleman that came this afternoon his name was Dan was a lovely lad and fixed the problem,

Really nice people to deal with
Really nice people to deal with, but our windows were delayed several times and they seem quite a disorganised company. That said, the windows look great and they did a good job installing them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, i have spoken with the installation team involved and understand that the delays were down to our suppliers letting us down. we do operate on a just in time policy, so stock is not kept on site too long, unfortunate this sometimes does go wrong and result in delays. I am pleased to hear you are happy with the end product and hope you will consider Warmseal for any additional home improvements you may be considering.
Team work build
Work was carried out efficiently, without fuss and each part of the build went well, especially considering the COVID-19 pandemic took place in the middle of it all and work had to be put on hold! All teams were punctual, hard-working and very polite and courteous. Any snags/problems were resolved quickly and the level of skills and workmanship were of a very high standard. Everyone from the builders to the roofers to the plasterers gave a first class service and I would highly recommend them all.

Have used warmseal in past and have just had a new porch door fitted. No pushy salesmen in fact gavin went out if his way to make sure everything I asked for he got for me. Two fitters who came did a brilliant job, were very polite and left property clean and tidy. They definitely deserve 5 stars. Thanks again.

Just had new front door and back door fitted. Can't fault the service. No hard sell, no pressure, just a good honest price and excellent service. Fitter Chris did an excellent job and cleared up after fitting. 10/10 can recommend this company for value for money, quality and service.

We recently had two windows done plus a patio doors set, they came when they said, they were very pleasant and professional, this is the second time we have used them and wouldn't hesitate to tell friends and family. Thankyou warmseal.
