I really enjoyed dealing with Washloo, as I rang them to discuss their product and get more information on their smart toilets and they were excellent explaining the product and the specifics of the different models.
I have subsequently rang them to discuss the fitting of the toilet and again nothing was too much trouble and they fully explained things on the phone. Excellent company to deal with.

Luxurious toilet experience!
I have had a shoulder replacement and the other shoulder doesn’t work well! I also have rheumatoid arthritis. The Finesse Comfort is so efficient. Having facilities to wash and dry and a warm seat is great! The higher seat makes it easier to get off. I got great advice from Karen and Alex at Washloo. It is so good to talk to real people who understand the product they are selling.

It's not the easiest product to review! But I can reassure you that it does everything it says with great efficiency & with warm water & heated seat features what's not to like.
Expensive absolutely NOT at almost half the price of my previous Japanese loo this is excellent value.

My personal experience with Washloo, to be more exact Oliver and his mother, but not forgetting all the others who work there has been nothing but exceptional.
How anyone can leave less than a 5 star review is mind boggling, as their product is fabulous.
I didn't buy direct, but through a very well known company, which I won't name here, but they do advertise nationwide, (and are endorsed by doctor Hilary Jones!!!) who proved to be just about the worst personal experience I have ever had.
From their first botched attempt at fitting the levitate loo, till the present date (when they have sent a fitter that knew what he was doing) has been approx. 6 months, which involved many back and forth e-mails, phone calls and caused me no end of stress and strain, which just after going through TWO heart surgeries (Quadruple by-pass and heart ablation) which put me in hospital for 52 days was not the ideal situation, and when the wrong fitting of the loo resulted in raw sewage contaminating the whole bathroom and kitchen, caused by the wrong parts being used (NOT supplied by Washloo, I hasten to add, they supplied everything required but they were ignored by the fitter), they started to send round random plumbers and cleaners to my bathroom, telling them it was just light dirt.
Now, the company I won't name (yet) were in full knowledge that I have Leukaemia, which is non curable, and can be lethal when contact with sewage occours.
Anyway, If it hadn't been for Oliver and Co. at Washloo, I don't know where I would have been by now. Thanks to them, my loo is now operating fabulously, (after being fitted correctly as per the instructions), and, for us, they are like knights in shining armour.
I really cannot praise them highly enough, When all the problems that still exist with the rest of the bathroom have been addressed, and I have had a few stress free weeks, I will be talking with Oliver, Who also, by the way, phoned me quite a few times during the debacle of the last 6 months, sometimes just to check how I was and I will be forever grateful to him and his company for the unbeleivably brilliant service he gave me.
If all companies were run like Washloo, the world would be a hell of a better place.

Washloo Supreme All-In-One Smart Toilet (2nd Gen)
We bought the Supreme model. It came as promised, plumber fitted it and it works very well indeed. The wash facility is superb - a full 10 out of 10, the dryer probably a 5. You still need to check with paper that all is indeed dry before leaving. That said, we are very pleased with the purchase.
For ladies who like to use a bidet but have no space for one in their bathroom this is a sensible compromise.
Washloo are also excellent at responding to customer queries. In short, a very satisfied customer.
This is our second Washloo
This is our second Washloo! Second because we moved house and decided to leave it as a fixture.It is not luxury for us as my disabled husband maintains a measure of dignity when bathing. He was aircrew in the RAF and so we look on the Washloo as responsible for the undercarriage and I am the one who showers the fuselage! It’s a necessity for us and serves us very well.We wouldn’t be without it.
Ultra DR repair
Have had an Ultra DR for 3 years, recently it started to do its own thing and was not responing to the buttons or remote contol. Contacted Washloo customer service and had a prompt response from Karen who suggested it may be an electrical fault and requested we send it to them. Removed the seat and sent it back for repair on the Monday and got it back on Wednesday. Excellent service and cost very reasonable which include DHL next day pick up and return. They couldn't have done it any quicker,now back installed and working.
Hygienic and fun!
We wanted a Japanese washlet to put into our downstairs toilet but were unsure about buying without seeing. The guys at washloo have been thoroughly helpful from start to finish. We were able to visit and see exactly what we were buying before we ordered and when the plumber came to fit it they were super helpful on the phone.
