I ordered clothing from this company and the parcel was sent via FedEx. The courier left the package in a communal area without my authorisation and it was stolen. I never received my order.

Despite FedEx confirming that I was not at fault, the company refused to issue a refund. I waited over three months while they claimed to be dealing with the courier, only to be offered store credit instead of a refund. They also demanded a police report, even though this was a non-delivery issue, not something I caused.

As a customer, my contract is with the seller, not the courier. I found their handling of the situation slow, frustrating, and dismissive of basic consumer rights. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

Do not purchase anything if you are international. Their return policy states that return costs are the expense of the customer if the return is not due to shipping/manufacture errors, but does not warn you of the high costs. I purchased two pairs of jeans that look different than what was on the websites and do not fit well, and now I am stuck with the pair as the shipping cost is almost 3 times the price of the jeans. Just not accommodating or understanding and not worth the trouble. If you're not sure about the product, size, quality, etc. and live internationally, do not make a purchase or you'll end up with things you will never use.

EDIT 4/7/2026:
After posting this review, and mentioning that I will use my platform to let people know about the issue I was having, WATC's team decided to move forward with a replacement and take care of the shipping. It was a lengthy process, however, I am happy that they accommodated the exchange. I exchanged my initial order for a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie. I am updating the rating from 1 star to 4; I would give 3 stars because of how exhausting and frustrating the process was, but an extra star for the decent quality.

Order was made 12/9 haven't received my order and the company do not respond to emails regarding this matter.

My stuff from the black friday sale just arrived, the quality is unbelievable probably the best shirts i've ever owned :). And for the price you really can't even complain!

I've ordered a few pieces in different colours, sizing of the tshirts and hoodie was good, but really bad cut and sizing for trousers. Moreover, the quality is quite poor vs pricing for blanks unfortunately, it made me feel like a primark product.

Ordered a few times before, everything is great. At the last order, a few items were missing, but customer service responded very quickly and resolved it right away. I received the rest of my order within two days. Satisfied with them.

amazing quality of the clothes and the costumer service is good I recently bought clothes and inputted the wrong address sent an email and got a response in less than 30 minutes overall good company.

High quality products, fast or economic shipping options, excellent customer service. Only reason not to recommend WATC is to keep the advantages for yourself :-)

I was thrilled with the quality of the products. I ordered a few pieces for a fashion shoot for my brand and I couldn’t have been happier. The natural undyed hoodies held the colours beautifully and the fits were perfect. Both models ( male and female liked the clothes so much they asked to take pieces home! ) I will definitely be ordering again and please make more pieces undyed! They came out so well.

They made an extra effort to get my order completed, even though they would had basically not reason to because I made it after the holiday deadlines.
