I was so looking forward to ordering…

I was so looking forward to ordering from Watc only to have my shipment take 4 weeks to process, I upgraded shipping last minute so it would arrive just before I left for overseas. I missed my order by literally an hour and it was returned. I am now being charged nearly 40 Euros in total for shipping to my place and then the cost of return is deducted from my refund. When I upgraded my shipping to express I expected them to tell me that my order was going to take another 1-2 weeks to process and expressed my concern that the order wouldn't arrive in the first place. Otherwise, I would have cancelled the order. Safe to say I will never order from these guys again. What a waste of 40 Euros for nothing!

I had a great experience with WATC

I had a great experience with WATC.

I ordered a sample on December 18 and it took 3 weeks to arrive, which made me a little panic because I had deadlines to meet for my production. But I can easily understand that the holiday season is a very complicated and quite full time.

I then wrote an email on January 2, 2025 to WATC to ask them if, in the event that I placed an order for 250 pieces (blanks), I could hope to receive it before January 12, because I had very tight deadlines for my production and an upcoming event.

They assured me that they would do what was necessary.

I placed my order on January 3, I received it yesterday on January 10. They were of exceptional help and responsiveness. Thanks to them, I am on time for my event.

I would collaborate with them again !!

Excessive delays

As others have said, shipments take a ridiculous amount of time. I placed my order on Dec 9, emailed to ask its status on 12/22 and they replied that they had delays due to the holidays. It finally shipped on 12/30. The sweatshirt was received today and it’s good quality. But the shipping charge of $30 USD is already an excessively high amount and to not have the product even ship for 3 weeks is unacceptable. They need to get their operations sorted. I regret buying from here.

Great quality and service !

I ordered a hoodie and a tee, and both are amazing. The hoodie is super soft and fits perfectly, and the tee feels really high quality.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but I understand it was a busy period with a lot of orders. The team kept me updated, and everything arrived in great condition.

Definitely recommend, and I’ll be ordering again soon !!

Terrible service- no communication

Ordered 1st December, dispatched 27th. Charged £16 for delivery from Portugal but only posted after I complained multiple times. Poor service. Bad communication. Haven’t received the product yet!

21 days later, no package

This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I placed my order 21 days ago, fully aware that holiday shipments might be delayed, but this has been excessive. After 19 days, I reached out to customer service and was informed they were experiencing delays due to Black Friday but assured me my order was ready to ship.

Shortly after, I received a UPS notification stating that the name on the package was incorrect, and it couldn’t reach the destination. I double-checked my order details, and everything was correct, so I have no idea what went wrong. I contacted both WATC Studios and UPS to reroute the package to a pickup station (MyFlexBox). UPS responded first, confirming the request.

A day or two later, WATC Studios finally reached out to inform me, "Your package is ready to be picked up." However, when I arrived at the pickup location, they asked for a code that I had never been provided.

Long story short: Be cautious when ordering from WATC Studios. Their customer service is unhelpful, and you might end up not receiving your purchase. ;)

Unreliable and Unprofessional – A Nightmare for Any Business

We placed two orders with WATC several weeks ago, trusting the company’s advertised delivery timeline of 2–7 working days. What we’ve experienced since then can only be described as an absolute disaster.

Despite their promises and multiple follow-ups from our side, WATC has failed to deliver the goods or even provide a proper shipping confirmation. Their communication is abysmal—emails are ignored, and no updates have been provided regarding the delays. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to serve professional businesses.

As a reputable company, we operate with a high standard of reliability and expect the same from our partners. Unfortunately, WATC has proven to be anything but reliable. Their delays have caused us financial losses, strained relationships with our customers, and disrupted critical deadlines.

We even attempted to resolve the matter amicably, but WATC’s total lack of accountability left us no choice but to escalate the case to our legal protection department. This situation is now being handled on an international level, including compensation claims for damages, administrative costs, and legal fees.

To anyone considering working with WATC: think twice. The quality of their products does not make up for the sheer unprofessionalism and lack of respect for their customers. If you value your time, money, and reputation, avoid WATC at all costs.

Damaged products and no contact

After 16 days of waiting since placing an order I received damaged products (poorly sewn sweatshirts: one has a crooked pocket and the other has a zipper that doesn't work). I informed watc about this by sending an e-mail right after receiving my purchase. 8 days have passed and I still didn't get any reply.

Legit, good quality hoodies

Ordered 2 hoodies. Took ~5 business days to send, but after that shipping was smooth. Support answered an email in ~1 business day.
Pros:
- really high quality hoodies, all of the seams were perfect, everything is very symmetrical, fabric is high quality.
- lots of colours to choose
- the package was very safely wrapped
- cuffs seem high quality
- sizing was pretty clear, though more images on actual models would be even better

Cons:
- would've loved to be sent quicker
- the hoodies had a weird smell, probably because of the dye? after a wash it was all good
- shipping may be pricy

Also, the material is french terry, so it may not be as soft as most hoodies usually are, but that is expected.

BAD QUALITY

It took like 3 weeks for one hoodie to arrived, in the page it says that the hoodie is soft, thick and its the complete opposite, when it arrived the only reason why it was heavy was because of the materials, it felt like cardboard material, and it is really thin. Im really disappointed.

Good quality but just about decent service.

Good quality but decent service.

The quality of the t-shirts and prints are relatively good especially for the price. But the delivery times are way longer than they say on their website. The same with customer service and things they promise. For example they said embroidery would be soon available but that was over a year ago. Every time you ask them they will just say its coming soon but never when. Same for orders that are late. If you e-mail them why its still not send they will just simply reply they are working on it and you will get notified when its being send. Even if they are already 3 weeks late.

For the website itself is pretty hard to use. If you design something, ad it to your cart and then want to make some changes to that design you basically need to start all over again. I think their website interface needs a big overhaul.

Make sure you get the sizing right

Make sure you get the sizing right! The oversized tees will most likely be one size down from your real size. Luckily I had read some reviews which warned me of the sizing. If you’re a Medium, order Small etc
Other than that, Decent quality tees, decent print, easy to use system to make printed tee online, can even do it from an iPhone. However, extremely high sample prices, extraordinary long lead times for printed tees. It took 4 weeks for 2 sample tees to arrive and I paid extra for the 1 day delivery. Avoid paying for the 1 day delivery, it isn’t worth it. They use FedEx who are notorious for terrible tracking systems and posting pre written ‘sorry we missed you’ cards and running away without ringing the doorbell.

Please note that the shipping time is not include in the turnaround time.

I ordered a sample tee shirt for my merchandise line (90euro for one tee shirt)

The order failed to deliver. This is the only time I've had issues with receiving orders at this address.

I was offered an option to pay another 20 - 50 euro for reshipping which I declined.
