Ive ordered 3 times now and have always been pleasantly surprised by the items that arrived. My favorite item has to be the ultra heavy black zip-up hoodie.

After extensive research & time, sampling from many different manufacturers, I ultimately chose WATC to start my clothing brand “Only Souls Club”. The T shirts have the perfect slight cropped fit, oversized & soft organic cotton feel along with a fit that feels drapey which is perfect for streetwear brands. They make the process super easy to order your samples & if they are perfect, the process online is extremely simple in placing your bulk thru their website & if you need any adjustments, I simply send them an email which I personally have never had to wait more than a day for an attentive response. The fit on the hoodies, pants & shirts are next level. The DTG prints are exactly what you’d expect & when you print on a white shirt specifically, the DTG could even pass for screen printed level of excellency. If you do decide to print on darker colors, after one wash it sets in and the print is just as spectacular. I’ve ordered about eight times from mid 2024 until now (2025) along with 2 bulk orders & they have an option to add customizable tags onto your clothing. Eventually I am looking to manufacture from scratch and I wish I could ultimately use them but when it comes to the T-shirts and the rest of the gear, I’ll forever use them for specific articles in my brand cuz it’s high level artisan style of detail. Not to mention the slight cropped fit of hoodies as well sits perfectly above the waste line. My only wish is that I could convince them to make some stuff from scratch for me which is a luxury problem for me so I’m still extremely grateful. Just wanted to say your project really deserves some praise – the product quality is great, and the website feels super intuitive and easy to use. I totally get that seasonal textile shortages happen – I know how tough it can be to get production and timing right in this industry.

One thing that would really help, though, is having the option to download an order sheet from the site – it would make checking deliveries and stocking way easier. Also, being able to download invoices directly with each order would be a big plus. Definitely something worth adding!

I’ve been working with WATC for 6 months and everything has gone smoothly. They’re super fast, reliable, and the fabric quality is excellent. As someone starting a clothing brand, I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process.

They reply quickly to emails, even with a high workload, and have always delivered on time. Prices are a bit high, but honestly, it’s worth it for the peace of mind and solid support. Finding a good supplier nowadays is tough, and WATC has been a great one.

Highly recommended for anyone starting out in fashion.

Quality of items is good however, you’re forced to pay for shipping if you’re outside of Portugal and it takes way too long. For reference I placed my order on the 23rd of April and didn’t receive my items until the 8th of May. Baring in mind, the website states 3-6 business days for shipping times when you’re checking out. This is obviously just a ruse to get you to purchase. For 3 blank items, 15 days shipping (11 business days) is unacceptable especially when you’re making customers pay €15 for standard shipping! Oh and of course, they won’t pay for return shipping (or refund original shipping payment) so you’re basically lumped with the items if something doesn’t fit or look right.

i ordered a hoodie and was sent the wrong size i love the quality and weight of the hoodie but unfortunately cant wear it because of the size i have sent an email and am awaiting a response

I ordered a Vintage Black Ultra Heavy Oversized Hoodie on the 5/3/25. All was well until my package got stuck in customs in Portugal on the 11th. From this point I was back and forth between FedEx and Watc trying to find out what was happening with my order. FedEx was blaming the company and Watc were not responding to multiple emails. I even tried social media DMs and comments. I finally got a response on 17th from watc just to advise this was a FedEx issue and to wait. Long story short this back and forth went on and I finally received my order on the 24th.
Now I have to to be fair the hoodie I received was great and I love it especially for the quality Vs cost. But the poor delivery time and customer service left me unimpressed. I reached out for compensation for delivery but this was declined. Even if this was a FedEx fault then they should be refunding costs for the delay.

I’ve been working with Watc Studio for the past year, and I’m more than happy with the quality of their products. As a clothing brand owner, the consistency and durability of their blanks have been a huge asset to my business. The materials are top-notch, and the fit and finish of their products always meet my expectations.

That said, I do have a couple of small concerns. The shipping prices can be a bit high, and I think finding a more cost-effective solution in this area would greatly benefit their customers. Additionally, while their turnover times are generally good, there have been rare occasions where delays occurred. However, I completely understand that these things can happen, and it hasn’t significantly impacted my overall experience.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with Watc Studio and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality blanks. They’ve been a reliable partner for my brand, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.
