Good service

The first laptop I ordered was unavailable - but the money was refunded to my account straight away. I found another and emailed customer service to make sure they had one available, they were prompt with their reply. Laptop arrived promptly, works well. Brilliant service. I'll use them again.

Cramlington CeX is the best!

The staff at the Cramlington branch were brilliant. I sold my old MacBook and bought a new one. 5 year warranty and more money for vouchers. Honestly can’t believe you guys offer that. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Item lost or stolen!



I purchased an item from CeX online, but after receiving it I was told it was flagged as reported lost/stolen. I contacted customer service and am currently waiting for a resolution. The process has been slow and unclear so far. I hope this can be resolved with a refund soon.

Thank you for your review and it is unfortunate that your purchase has not gone as expected.

We have guidelines in place to test the items and if they indicate as blocked or stolen, we do not buy such devices in the first place, let alone sell them to our customers. However, in some cases, the device may be blocked or reported lost/stolen at a later date, making it impossible for us to identify any such issues whilst buying it.

Upon reviewing the tracking status, the carrier made multiple attempts to deliver the order. Since no one was available, they were unable to deliver the order and it was returned back to us. Once received, a refund was processed in line with our guidelines.

Item has been lost between CEX and DPD

Item has been lost between CEX and DPD, dpd have not received it still. It is taking 3 days for enquiries and I have now lost my patience as this is unacceptable. I have requested a refund or replacement. Very unhappy customer.
