On line value, after full disclosure of all possible deficiencies, was 2x the initial offer by your appraiser. Not a good way to get a good reputation!

Our professional appraisal identified significant structural, mechanical, and cosmetic issues, including:
- Structural damage to both rocker panels, which must be disclosed to any future buyer

The document fee for online filing or…
The document fee for online filing or reviewing of $100 is crazy. That cost nothing to make a "docusign" or an Adobe signature document are basically free. You are already buying the vehicle @50% value or less. Why not squeeze a little hardes for a bs filing/ admin/ somebody to give the thumbs up fee. Should have just called it a commission 🙄 😒 😑
