Easy process, friendly staff.
The associates were very friendly and informative about the process. You definitely should allow yourself the full hour for the scheduled appointment because they really do evaluate every little detail on your vehicle, and they keep you informed the whole time.
Once the evaluation was done, they were very helpful in completing the final paperwork and legalese. After that, they gave us a check on the spot and sent us on our way.
I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are planning on selling or trading a vehicle.

I called to ask about my sale details and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally connected, the representative wasn’t clear on their offer. The whole process feels unorganized and confusing, and I was hoping for better service.
