Big shout out to Joe in sales who went out of his way to ensure that my order was in stock and due to a pressing deadline, ensured that my order arrived "next day". Suffice to say, he followed up with phone calls, kept me in the loop and the products arrived as promised. The covers are great and generous enough in proportion to cover our voluminous Harrison & Spinks mattresses and divan bases (used single bed covers for a "zip and link" Super-King size bed). Excellent products and fantastic customer service. Can't recommend highly enough!
