We had all inclusieve bu sunny cars, we got the key . They walked with us to the car , give some explantion and we could drive . When we came back , we give the key back and that was all . So easy and pleasant and nice help.

Top service, highly recommended!
Everything was totally stress-free and smooth. You just collect the keys at the machine at the rental station, walk to the parking lot, and drive off.
It was communicated beforehand that I might get a different model than the one booked, which was the case, but the alternative car was absolutely fine and clean.
The return was quick and easy, and the shuttle transfer between the airport and the rental station was fast, with wait times of only 5 to 10 minutes. Will definitely book with Wiber again on my next trip to Mallorca!

The most price-performance and least complicated car rental company
I rented a car with Wiber for the second time around and I have been again pleasantly surprise with their car park, simplicity of check-in and check-out, and staff friendliness. Their all-inclusive service is a no brainer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
My 21 year old daughter rented a car from you in Majorca she was not given the automatic that she paid for and was told that she had to pay another £150 to get the automatic then the day before she was bringing the car back she got a puncture in her tiger and they sent a pick up truck, took the car and left her stranded in the middle of nowhere. She then had to spend €100 on a taxi.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement absolutely shocking service please nobody use this company

Very aggressive sale of insurance
We’ve used Wiber many times in Mallorca but have had a very poor recent experience. My wife arrived to collect her car after a long flight and was bullied by the lady about insurance - telling her that they will find damage unless Wiber’s own insurance insurance was taken which doubled the cost of the car. My wife declined the insurance and was then shown the car which was dirty and covered in scratches and was told that video wouldn’t be accepted and she had to individually document and agree each scratch of more than 2mm or she would be charged a minimum of 300 Euros. She eventually took the insurance because it seemed less expensive than the guaranteed damage that Wiber would charge on return. Am really disappointed as the Wiber staff member was rude and threatening and left my wife very uncomfortable after a long flight. Absolutely a disappointing start to her holiday. Will look to avoid Wiber going forwards.
