Lost my March booking for June
Lost my March booking for June. Panic and an urgent email about Alicante and pick up, type of vehicle for five people.
All resolved in 12 hours, original vehicle choice confirmed and a big discount for the confusion as a regular customer. Pick up and return all 10 star. Will continue as a regular customer with September and December flights booked.

I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for how difficult it was to get intouch with anyone
I would have given it 5 stars for the staff at the offices and no hidden costs but unfortunately I needed to extend my contract and was told at the office it could be done by phone. I tried all day to contact someone and sent emails and tried the chat box numerous times and couldn’t get hold of anyone. I wasn’t in a position to go to the office at the airport. There is no option to do it online it’s a shame they can’t sort their options out to make life easier for people as thir booking process is very easy so other options should be too.

It was so simple. We know the company, so we know where to find the shuttle bus at the airport.
The smart box so good, no queuing.

After the holiday, we give back the car, and after 10 minutes we have already were in the bus, which took us back to the airport.

We had all inclusieve bu sunny cars, we got the key . They walked with us to the car , give some explantion and we could drive . When we came back , we give the key back and that was all . So easy and pleasant and nice help.

Top service, highly recommended!
Everything was totally stress-free and smooth. You just collect the keys at the machine at the rental station, walk to the parking lot, and drive off.
It was communicated beforehand that I might get a different model than the one booked, which was the case, but the alternative car was absolutely fine and clean.
The return was quick and easy, and the shuttle transfer between the airport and the rental station was fast, with wait times of only 5 to 10 minutes. Will definitely book with Wiber again on my next trip to Mallorca!

The most price-performance and least complicated car rental company
I rented a car with Wiber for the second time around and I have been again pleasantly surprise with their car park, simplicity of check-in and check-out, and staff friendliness. Their all-inclusive service is a no brainer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
My 21 year old daughter rented a car from you in Majorca she was not given the automatic that she paid for and was told that she had to pay another £150 to get the automatic then the day before she was bringing the car back she got a puncture in her tiger and they sent a pick up truck, took the car and left her stranded in the middle of nowhere. She then had to spend €100 on a taxi.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement absolutely shocking service please nobody use this company
