I ordered a harness and this never turned up, messaged but never received a response

It was not great I never received the order

Order not received, no response to emails with regards to order . No phone number for the company.

Should have read reviews before placing an order with Wilex, steer clear.

Have now contacted my bank to get my money back.

Still waiting delivery of order placed and paid for a number of weeks ago.

I ordered a dog lead on 27th May I never received it, and I checked the shipping and that never changed, tried contacting them but could not get any response so went through my bank to get my money back.

No order has arrived I’ve emailed them 3 times but they never reply I’ve used them before and item arrived promptly really disappointed as their products are excellent

I have not yet received the harness, the money was taken from my bank, I have tried to contact Wilex, NO RESPONSE SO FAR. Not happy

Nothing received after a month. Numerous emails, none replied. as I’d used the company before and was pleased with the product didn’t have any reason to have concerns but now wish I’d checked the reviews before purchasing.

Items not received after 3 weeks , difficult to contact have not responded to emails, no phone no available

Despite ordering in March 2025 and sending emails to chase, I've had no reply and no refund. This used to be such a good company and a good PRODUCT.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Items not received still waiting not the first time this has happened either

Goods not received despite emails sent sent .no response

Order placed beginning of March,still no delivery of items ordered, emailed them,no answer, having to go to my bank now to try and get refunded.
AVOID unless you want to lose your money.

No delivery of goods paid for. No communication. No phone number. Only email with no response. Tracking useless as they say supplier not sent. Totally negative experience. Very unhappy

They were paid for on the 14/3.

This company is no longer trading - do not send them any money. They've been fraudulently collecting money since October 2022, do not give them any more.

The harness and lead I ordered never arrived. I sent an email 2 weeks after I ordered and I heard nothing back.

I have not received the two harnesses that I ordered yet, please could you advise when they will be received as it has now been weeks
