Don’t use this company, they will take your money and you won’t receive your items, it’s a scam 😡

I would give this less than 1 star if I could. Ordered product in good faith, money taken from my account on same day. No product delivered and no reply to emails. No phone contact number which probably should have alerted me to potential difficulties with communication.

Have not received anything from them yet and they do not reply to my emails

Never recieved mine from 2 years ago so don't how the anonymous person on 2 March recieved refund this company hasn't been going for 2 years do not purchase anything as they will take your money date of experience wrong couldn't change

Item never received, emails ignored SCAM

Shame there isn't a ZERO star, returning customer to wilex ordered 9th January '25' not received my lead or harness, have emailed wilex myself and my daughter has NO REPLY. Have no idea what to do next paid with Apple pay not sure if we can claim or what the next steps are to beable to get a refund

Firstly I am a returning customer to Wilex and have no issue with the quality of their harnesses.
I ordered two harnesses before Christmas 2024. Order #21595. Items have never been received. I have e mailed Wilex three times to ask for a delivery date but all three e mails are unanswered. I then e mailed them asking for a refund by return. Again no response whatsoever. I am now resigned to losing my money and my dog has to make do with a less comfortable harness.
If this is the way Wilex treats a returning customer, I will not be using them again. Customer service is non existent.

Would definitely not recommend this company ordered lead and harness money taken out of my bank but never received the goods sent numerous emails no response back as all the reviews are saying the same thing,this company needs reporting

Two leads were ordered on 4 December. Despite my emails informing their non-arrival no response had been received.Since looking on trust pilot I’ve realised that this is a common complaint. The company is accepting orders, taking payment, but not supplying the goods.

I still have not received my order. I ordered a harness for my dog on 29th November and still haven’t received my order despite chasing this by email with the company. I am so disappointed and cannot cancel my order.

I have not recived my parcel sent a email a couple weeks ago and have still not heard any thing!!!

No stars. Still haven’t received my order nor are the company responding to my emails. (Of which I’ve sent a few). They’ve kept my money though.
Would definitely NOT recommend.

Ordered 2 harnesses,paid for money taken ,never arrived.

Absolutely useless company .Ordered 3 weeks ago ..Sent many emails and still no replyso looks like I’ve lost the money I sent for a harness and lead …Do not send any money to this company 😡

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Never received product and don’t think this company is even trading. They took my money and have been unable to contact anyone despite sending two emails and contacting their social media. Do not buy from them as I think this is a scam.

Appalling service, two weeks later item ordered has not arrived. Emails have been ignored. Now need to pursue refund through my bank

Have not received the parcel also sent emails and got no reply I have bought all my dog harnesses from you and was extremely happy with them I even recommend them to others but not any more I was promised my package in 3 to 5 days and it's still not here but you have my money and haven't got the decentcy to reply to my emails will you even reply to this would like a refund or my parcel please or I will not be buying from you again

I ordered two dog harnesses in 2022 which eventually arrived (after having to constantly chase up the order). I ordered and paid for another two harnesses again in 2023 and have still not received my order. No response from the many emails that I sent. I would not bother ordering again!
