Our experience with Willows Finance was exceptional from beginning to end.
Jamie in particular is one of the most hard working and professional people we’ve ever worked with across any industry. I’m sure he doesn’t have any days off!
Communication if often one of the most frustrating aspects of anything like this, waiting for news, but Jamie kept us up to date daily and we never had to chase him.
We didn’t have an ideal/straight forward case and he got us exactly what we needed without ever making us feel like we were asking too much or being unrealistic. Even a couple of set backs didn’t phase him, we just re-routed.
There’s no doubt we’d come back to Willow’s for anything in the future and we’ll ensure family and friends know of our experience too.

All I can say is absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend Willow Finance. Jeff was amazing keeping me informed by text and calls 7 days a week. I was never asked to pay any fees upfront these where added to my loan. Secured loan from 1st contact to pay out was just over 3 weeks super fast service, but I did have all my documents ready, if I can give any advice always get your documents ready Payslips, ID etc ready to send. Thanks again brill company.

Willow finance were amazing
The staff at Willow supported me through the whole process of my loan application. Jeff particularly was amazing.
They were honest about the situation and helped get the best deal for my situation.
On completion I was away and they even helped me to be able to complete by supporting my situation.
They went above and beyond
I will 100% use Willow Finance again hopefully not for a loan but any re mortgages in the future.

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Take the fee £3900 get nothing from them. I can assure you this is not fake. The advice for £3900 was poor and the transaction remained incomplete for two years until I discovered it.

At Willows, we typically don't ask for upfront payments, and our fees are only due upon completion. Plus, we pride ourselves on keeping our fees reasonable and regularly review them to ensure they are fair. We arrange mortgages, secured loans, and bridging finance. Our processing time can not last 2 years. There are other financial institutions with the name Willows. if you can call us on 01656 766158 ASAP we can help point you in right direction.
