Entered a contract with Window Nation in TX. After being told all the windows would match it turned out they would not. And every representative agreed. Then came the alternative designs that also did not match. Finally, we wanted to cancel for breach of contract because they could not deliver matching window patterns as promised. Turns out they dont agree with that. Do not recommend this company at all. They politely disagree with customers complaints and ever so kindly ignore thier obligations serving customers concerns and then hook em for late cancellation fees.

I had 13 windows installed. Raphael, Chico and Franly were kind, professional and good at what they do. I’m very impressed.

Don’t do it!!! The sales team doesn’t talk to install team. Install is completed by independent contractors. Go another route for your windows! High turnover in sales as well.

the service was not great and the quality was cheaper then I thought.

The bottom trim piece on the inside of my sliding glass patio door was installed unlevel, making the floor look unlevel. I have talked with the sales manager and installation manager for Nashville but no one will address the issue. The number for the Nashville office is always backed up and you are asked to leave a message that is never returned. I was called everyday for about a week and a half to let me know that the door was in and ready to be installed. After installation and final payment, Window Nation is no longer interested in me. I hope the door itself never needs service.

Don’t trust this company because it expends to much time and effort to call you, my mute cell received 20 calls each day from different numbers with the hope that I will talk to them, not way! . I will ask friends and family to help me to copy and paste on different medias this :”Avoid to contact this company because you are going to be victim of an aggressive way of advertising”.
Adicionalmente….No hagan contrato con esta compañía porque es muy costosa (expensive) y mala (bad) , ya un vecino norteamericano me dio mala recomendación. También le pagan mal a los empleados hispanos.

I bought 9 new basement windows. 3 leaked. All amateurs at window nation. They did come back and repair, but no call back from the manager Phil Carper. I payed $7,000 for this. I should be getting some money back for my troubles. Amateurs at window nation.

Our windows and doors were scheduled to be done on May 2026. It is Aug 28 and it is not completed. They don't return phone calls. They are not interested in completing the project. We have to chase them. The slider door has a gap at the top and needs to be re-installed. There are trim pieces missing on the front door. Poor installation and very poor customer service. Very disappointed with them.

From the first day with the sales rep. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Misleading financial options. Broken promises just to get me to sign the contract. Horrible communication from him and installations. I was ready to walk away and take my business elsewhere until a rep from out of state called me and explained that the Long Island office was replaced with new people and assured me they would take care of my concerns(that was a lie) after I agreed I did not hear again from him. So now I have a very expensive defective provia door hanging on my house. It was not installed correctly. You can only lock it from the inside. The whole bottom of the house where the front door is exposed. The things I asked for from the rep for example. I would like to use the lock I have and have it installed when they hang the door, he said no problem, my storm door I asked if that be rehung he said no problem but all a lie. Now I have no storm door they took it away my locked can’t be used on the door, installed incorrectly, false financing. If all this is not rectified quickly I have no choice but to contact a lawyer ( I have many pictures) and the better business bureau. I also had second phase of my house to be done but I will take my business elsewhere.

This is for window nation that covers the DMV and Alexandria Virginia. Window nation replaced our windows and at the time taunted how they guarantee their windows, installation and will deal with any issues. We started noticing a musty smell in one of our rooms after the installation. After a few months we noticed mold in the drywall, indicating a leak around the window. It has taken over four months for them to respond. Constantly getting an AI voicemail and no one calls you back . The person who sold us the windows and convinced us to move forward is no longer with the company. When we finally called the sales number is when we were able to find someone to answer the phone and when we got a call back. The first time they came and patched over the drywall, told us they had repaired it and painted over the area. Within a few days that area was moist and had mold discoloration again. it again took a few months for them to come out to take a look at it. They finally noted that it was the J channel around the window that was damaged, but said that this was normal wear and tear not related to their instillation despite the fact that this all happened after their installation, we never had any leaking from that area prior. In fact, we had had someone look at the siding who told us that it did not need to be replaced at this time. After spending over $70,000 to replace our windows with window donation, we now have thousands more of damage to address mold within our drywall, mold that spread to the carpet in that room and leaking in the roof that went to the floor below. I would not recommend proceeding with them because the main selling point for me was the fact that they guarantee they work. Clearly, this is not the case. We were planning to have the other floor windows changed with them but cancelled those plans. Very disappointed. Trying to save someone else from our costly experience.

Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The firm is #1 for a reason The sales pitch was intense. The salesman, a Ukranian fellow, knew his business, much better than the eight other bidders whom I solicited. The windows were as advertised, the work was done in hours, and the price was reasonable. Two things to keep in mind: read the contract! Try to pay with a check, not a credit card, which carries a hefty fee. Secondly, if the sub-contractors saw down a tree to get to your front window, and refuse to carry it away, you must contact the district manager and ask to have it removed, and he said he would. even though the company is not contractually obligated to do so. Unfortunately, that dwarf pine has been on my property for over two months, and it still hasn't been removed. I intend to contact them yet again in two weeks and ask them to do what they said they would.

Window Nation has basically NO customer service. We had our windows installed April 9, 26. There were screens damaged. We have yet to have the screens replaced it is now August 11, 26. It took almost 8 weeks to get anyone to return our calls. We called and left messages a couple times a week. Finally I found a "secret" number and actually spoke to a person. A tech came to our house, measured and left. That was June. No screen or sash replacements yet and no word from customer service. I would stay as far away from Window Nation as possible

Ruandy and his crew did a good job on the initial installation, and when one of the slider windows in the front of the house needed to be replaced with a double-hung, once again they got the job done quickly and neatly.

Frank Nemec from Window Nation provided our estimate for a replacement bow window. He was very knowledgable and answered our questions regarding WN windows, installation, process and warranty. He quickly submitted a change order when we changed to a bay window. Hoping all goes well through the next steps.
