Great customer service, very helpful with questions I had. The acoustic panels look so good with our TV !

So a quick WoodUp review is it?
Ok!
The Akupanel (Rustic Antique Oak) panels arrived in reasonably good time and smelt nice, they looked nice too...
I wasn't impressed with the 80 squid postage costs however, as they're not that heavy (the large ones too) and it was a doddle unloading them. I spend over a grand so really postage should be free ? No?
I looked carefully at the wall I was planning on fixing them to and realised as my house is old (old old) I'd knacker it, so I found a local Carpenter to do it instead.
He did a Sterling job but vowed never to offer to fix any of these panels (or one's like it) again. It's not as easy as you'd be lead to believe folks, so beware.
They do look like good quality mind you and have deffo made an impact to the room acoustics..
I think if the postage had been free (see, I'm still moaning about that !) and if they'd been a little more in keeping with competitors prices it would have been 4 *.
Ah well, they're up now and look pretty good.

Shipped quickly, customer support gave great advice and was quick to respond to questions and concerns. End result as expected. Used along with large format limestone tiles for the surround and a mantel and it looks sharp!! A few pieces were rough, but we managed to work around those.

Walked into the showroom and selected a product, and advice on a TV hanger, ordered it on the spot and it arrived that week.

We applied the panels to one wall in our entry hallway and it was done in about 2 hours.
The panels were shipped quickly and carefully.

I experienced poor communication overall after my purchase and subsequent return of one of the two items. I had some difficulty with a product and after one customer service rep stopped responding to my emails, another did and essentially accused me of returning the wrong product and made me provide visual evidence that I wasn’t lying (perhaps just my impression but this is how it felt). No response when I showed that I wasn’t lying. Just an email with a refund notice. Not sure I’d use this company again.

Always got a quick response with any queries. Made such a difference.

We have the DUPPS (picture hooks) and panel covers in the copper. From the moment I placed my order Mick from WoodUp called and confirmed it personally and was a pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions. When there was a hiccup with delivery, he and the team were straight onto letting me know and keeping me updated. It was a great experience working with WoodUp for my project. I highly recommend their products and Customer Service.

After doing a lot of research I went with Woodupp being the premium choice. 2 of the panels were damaged but Woodup went above and beyond to rectify this. Ignore the fee for returns if any items are damaged Woodup do not expect you to pay for returns. As i made the decision to keep the items i was given a gesture of goodwill refund. This was given in a proactive follow up. I did not request or was I expecting this.
I wish all companies had this level of customer service it removes all doubt of buying on line.
I'm really happy with the impact these panels have and I will definitely buy from WoodUpp again when I turn my attention to my bedroom.
Great product
Fantastic service and after care.

The product is fine. I had one or 2 pieces that were rough at the edges, looks like it wasn't a clean cut or glue on the edge but only noticeable from close up.

The packaging is great and deliveries arrived in a timely manner albeit in multiple deliveries over 3 days. Returns are near impossible. I ordered enough to create different options because I didn't know exactly the setup that would be best but I didn't realize that it would be so hard to make a return.

Product is excellent quality. It assembles well. Ordering process was a little confusing so far as what to pick for the sets that I was choosing solid communication and I knew when the boxes would be arriving.
I've had many compliments from people coming into my office and immediately noticing the new dividers and shelves

OKay, order went missing with EVRI as expected, asked them to send via Royal Mail, received next day! Also black cable covers not in stock, signed up for email alerts on restock, got nothing in email, then found out they were back in stock online, so if you offer the notification, please send it!

Instructions were great. Customer service superb. Received incorrect slats first time and was picked up and replaced within a couple of days. Finished product is beautiful.

Bought the accoustic panels and the quality is great, easy to install with fantastic accessories to go with. Customer service was quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend these guys.
