Thanks for being helpful, quick and caring. It was a wonderful experience for me to rent an apartment from wunderflats.

They cannot be trusted!!! They keep flagging my posts, saying my experience with them is false but it is not. They are unlawfully keeping my money and they know this. Busier with flagging negative reviews than with customer service. Still waiting for an answer....

I’m having the same issue with a landlord not returning my security deposit. The landlord is now ghosting me. Wunderflats simply sent an email to the landlord asking them to return it but have not helped otherwise. They are still allowing this landlord to advertise their properties on their website. BEWARE OF WUNDERFLATS - customers have no protection utilizing their platform. There are multiple reports in Trust Pilot of people getting scammed out of their deposit. I will be engaging legal action soon against the landlord and Wunderflats.

Wunderflats is a great opportunity for staying in a country for a while. The whole booking process is quite easy and very reliable. Many thanks to Duc and the owner of the apartment who showed kindness and understanding. They proved quick adaptability to my personal live changes and were always reachable to my many questions. Unfortunately I had to cancel the apartment just a day before the moving because of personal reasons and even that was no problem to them. They were very understanding and looked for a solution that both parties would be comfortable with. I definitely would recommend and I hope to get in touch with them soon again :)

In general good service, almost immediate answer rate. But the only improvement I'd request is that you add a button to access the rental agreement after being signed from within the wunderflats user account. As of today this is only possible via email link

This is an honest and legitimate company. I had a positive experience trying to find an apartment in Paris, thanks especially to the excellent assistance of Nourhene Ajmi. In the end, my booking attempt was unsuccessful due to issues with the landlord, but Wunderflats refunded me the service fee. What makes this company special is that a dedicated member of the service team contacts you by email if one of your bookings is declined to help you find a more suitable apartment, sending you tailored recommendations — this means you have an individual contact person to guide you through the whole process. Highly recommended.

Onboarding was difficult. Apartment itself was good. Still have not received my deposit back.

They scammed me, and Wunderflats ghosted me afterward. They informed me about the scam days later, after I flagged the weird behavior of their "certified landlords." I lost the deposit, and they never helped me to do anything afterwards. If I had gotten to the location, I would have been left on the street, and they would've done anything about it.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to report a complaint regarding a reservation made through your platform.
The property we reserved and mutually confirmed (Bremerhaven, Georgstraße area, 46 m², €999) was rented to another party without any signed agreement or official cancellation notice.
Following this, the landlord pressured us to accept an alternative property (Bremerhaven, Ibbrigstraße area, 37 m², €1,276), which was smaller yet more expensive, and the price was further increased based on the number of tenants.
When we declined this option, we were informed that the reservation could only be cancelled by the landlord. However, the landlord demanded an additional €900 fee to proceed with the cancellation.
This situation is unacceptable and clearly violates basic consumer rights. We have no fault in this matter, yet our refund is being withheld and additional payment is being requested unlawfully.
As the entire reservation and payment process was conducted through your platform, you are responsible for resolving this issue.
We hereby request a full refund of the reservation fee, without any deductions, within 7 days.
Otherwise, we will initiate legal action through the relevant authorities.

My experience with Wunderflats was great from the very beginning to the final steps. The online platform is cool, friendly, clear and confortable. The available offer that I fund was sorprisingly ample and with very good prices for my expectation. The best was to have a real person (Bakir Osmicevic in my case) assisting me via email all throughout the process after starting the reservation to the final signing of the contract, he clarified me all my doubts very timely and help me filling and uploading documents, he makes me feel secure and confortable, great job Bakir! I will recommend Wunderflats to others for sure!

This review is not directed at Wunderflats but the temporary landlord I " had the pleasure to deal with" for almost a year. I rented this apartment from the USA as I was moving back to Germany. This apartment was Not not not worth paying 1690 Euros for as a lot was to be desired. It had a completed outdated kitchen . Unlike advertised with a freezer it was a tiny tiny refrigerator with a tiny freezer. The electrical outlets were a joke as they would have to be replaced in the whole apartment as per electrician who came over and had to fix an outlet and told me so. The couch is old and very uncomfortable unloke he had advertised as being comfortable
Nothing in the apartment was comfortable. I wish I had had known this from the start as I then would have never picked it.
