I'm so glad we chose Wesley to install our new radiator and do a boiler service, we'd 100% only use him now for all our central heating needs.
He was meticulous to every detail, really considerate and so tidy.....which is such a rarity!

Wesley changed our radiators over for new ones that were slightly different sizes but he did an excellent job of fitting them . He was courteous, clean and tidy whilst working . Great job .

Wes is super reliable, knowledgeable and professional in all heating and hot water matters. It is good to see Wesley back and he gave our boiler it's annual service. Wesley was prompt and efficient, as always. Wesley installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler with a Nest thermostat, back in 2019 and with his regular servicing it has been a totally reliable heating and hot water system. One of our best boiler buys!

I asked Wesley to quote to replace a 25+ year old boiler with some specific peculiarities - a one pipe system and some tricky material to remove. This wasn't a problem at all for Wes who's quote was competitive. Wesley completed the work on time, to budget, and to my requirements and has since checked up a couple of times to ensure I'm happy with the system and the way it is working. He has quickly addressed questions and concerns I've had and has been professional and friendly throughout. Very happy to recommend to others.

Had a gas leak at my daughters home during the extremely cold weather (early Feb 2021). Gas isolated by GSN. Wes put Pete on the job to fix it. The location of the leak was quickly ascertained and the repair options discussed with the customer (me). It was quickly agreed that a work around to isolate the faulty pipework was required. This was quickly done involving approximately 7m of new pipework through a basement and two interior walls. Excellent customer communication throughout and the standard of workmanship second to none. Thanks for a job well done, quickly and covid super safe. Highly recommended.

Wesley recently quoted us for a new boiler and shower pump and we proceeded with him due to the competitive quote and his knowledge and the confidence he instilled in us that he would do a good job. We were not disappointed, easy communication and all on time, his two guys were professional, helpful and did a great job in a day. Our radiators haven't been as hot in a long time and the new shower pump is quieter and more powerful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wesley and his crew to anyone 😃

I was advised my boiler flue did not have sufficient airintake after a service. I contacted multiple plumbers most of whom advised to change the boiler flu at an elaborate cost. Wes was the most efficient, fair and reasonable in terms of quoting for the work but then found a better solution after inspecting the property and noticing the boiler would be hard to access to fix the new flue (something other plumbers did not care to mention). The other plumbers would have probably started the work, come across the same problem and by then I would be £££ down, safe to say I will be using Wes & his team again - they were all friendly, fair and efficient.

746413 - Wes Williams installed a new Bosch boiler in late 2018 replacing the original 18 year old Glow worm boiler. The whole installation was completed within 1 day, where others were quoting 2 - 3 days to do the work. After 2 years of use, it has been faultless, the heating in the house is much more stable, particularly in very cold weather and the gas bills have been significantly lower. I would recommend a new boiler, over trying to keep an old one going beyond its useful life.
