Punctual, tidy, good job.

Wes and his team replaced our heating systems from oil fired to gas. Removing the old oil tank, radiators and replacing with new. We had a few issues in the beginning but the teams advice and help got these sorted and we are now very pleased with the installation. Tidy and efficient. Yet to try it out fully yet as we are renovating but looking forward to it very soon!

Last winter we got Wes to come in and replace our oil-fired boiler. His responsiveness and tech-enabled quoting was very efficient and more professional than any other plumber and his timeliness and cleanliness was great. Job was done fine, he came back to bleed and balance a few radiators on request and since then we have a winter and spring of perfect operation. Thoroughly recommend Wes Williams Plumbing.

Installer was there 8 o’clock , stopped for sandwich 45 mins in van , finished by 3 o,clock. Wife said she couldn’t fault him.

Wesley was very thorough with the assessment/planning of the job. The quote he gave/presented was very professional. He and his team was punctual, effective, friendly and have helped me installed a boiler in a flat to where the location currently is with no fuss regarding installing the flue where the original place is as well, which was not an easy find with other plumbers. We feel we can trust his work and advice and was very pleased for his help.

Mr Wes Williams fitted a new boiler this week, replacing my old one. He responded very promptly when I told him the old boiler was no longer working. He attended my home on time, fitted the new Worcester Bosch boiler within a few hours and left my kitchen spotless. I was very impressed with his efficiency, courteous manner and professionalism. Very efficient service from booking appointments, receiving quotation and completing the work. Really pleased with how easy they made the whole process.

Pete & Wesley did an amazing job. We confirmed them in the last minute and still they managed to come and install a new combi boiler on time. The work was of high quality and left all areas clean and tidy. Very impressed with Pete and everyone involved.
