Peter came to do our second-year boiler service recently. He let me know when he was on his way which was really helpful, too. Really friendly, thorough and efficient service. Thanks very much.

Wesley and Pete are very professional and provided a fantastic service. They were able to diagnose and repair our boiler in two very quick visits and did not charge us for the initial call-out. Will certainly be using them for all future work and will be recommending them locally.

extremely helpful. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family. Therefore I have no hesitation in giving this company five stars.

We enlisted Wes and his team to change out our old boiler for a new combi boiler and nest thermostat. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result, very neat and tide. All the guys were very pleasant and happy to answer any questions (while adhering to social distancing as much as possible). Wes was very patient with all my questions (not all related to the specific job!) and couldn’t have been more helpful while always offering great advice. Also took the time at the end of the job to explain how everything works. His knowledge is second to none and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else in the future - worth every penny! AAA+++ for the quality of work and professionalism of the entire team.

Wes provided a couple of quotes with different options for me to help decide what worked best for my house. Each item was detailed for clarity & advice was given for location, etc. Even with added extras, this was still much more competitive than BG.
When it came to the install, the work started when expected, took as long as estimated & work areas were left tidy overnight. The finish was great & you can see that thought was given to the customer - i.e. pipes were moved a little to leave me better use of the space remaining in my cupboard.
When I had follow up queries, Wes was happy to help and responded really quickly to ease my concern, so it was nice to know after-sales care is included too!

My boiler failed last week just as the lockdown started.
I rang Williams Boilers on Friday and Wesley visited my house within 2 hours of my call.
I needed a new boiler (well my old one was 17 yes old) I got a quote which I accepted within an hour of Wesley’s visit.
This morning (Monday) Wesley arrived at 8 am as promised and by 3pm my new boiler was installed and my heating restored!

In these very difficult times, our boiler was condemned, we contacted W Williams, who came out at very short notice, went through all our options, costs for a replacement boiler etc., in a very friendly easy to understand manner. We received a clear and concise written quotation. They turned up as promised on time and did an excellent job, and were very clean tidy workers. They removed our old boiler snd pipework and took it away. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company as being highly professional, friendly and yet the cost of a replacement boiler was very reasonable.

We had a burst pipe on a Sunday and Wes was amazing at coming over promptly, calmly and resolving the issue. Thanks again!

We were pleased to have Wesley come to our rescue in January when our old boiler died on us. He and his brother worked very carefully and efficiently in installing the new one which is working very well.They did a clean and tidy job cleaning up. They also promptly followed up on two points we raised after installation. We would recommend him to anyone else and have already done so.

Knowledgeable, helpful, punctual and tidy. Really helpful advice about options and did a rapid and professional job once we’d made all the required decisions (about which boiler, which flue, what pump etc). Considerate installer too - no mess and everything left clean and tidy after the job. Wes also gave some excellent advice about other work that we will need soon - without any ‘sales pressure’. Wes Williams and his team installed the boiler and new immersion heater on 13 January 2020. The job was completed in one day with no setbacks and was fully operational at 5pm. I was impressed by the professionalism of the two guys in the team they were friendly and helpful

Wes worked very hard and efficiently to get the work done on time. He was tidy and positioned the new boiler and new flue in the best available location. He removed all waste and the overall price was reasonable. A good quality installation at a fair price.

Very good service. Kept me up to date as to when they would arrive (which meant I could pop out to buy some milk for any drinks the engineer might want - turns out he drank black coffee).

Pete was very polite and clearly very competent. Taking the time out to give me some heating advice on the house was also appreciated.
