We had a new boiler fitted very quickly after our original one had to be replaced as a service uncovered a leak. Wes & team were very comprehensive in completing the job to a very high level of workmanship & even improved some areas that had been poorly fitted by someone else during a previous installation.

Each element of the installation of the new boiler & thermostat was explained clearly & we were very happy with the overall service provided.

Downstairs cistern stopped working late afternoon. Phoned Wes and his team - plumber arrived at 8am to confirm that the cistern needed replacing. Returned at 10am with the kit - all done and dusted an hour later. Truly excellent service.

Wesley and his team completely replaced and our heating and hot water system, removing a 40 year old conventional boiler, hot water cylinder and loft water tanks and installing new water softener, accumulator and pump to deal with the poor water flow, boiler and unvented cylinder, all in the loft. House is now warm, water pressure is great throughout, it's all tucked away in the loft - brilliant, what's not to love.
The whole process from quote to finish was very smooth; Wesley was great with communicating and offered several options for the works; the team worked cleanly, left everything proper and clearly made efforts to inconvenience us the least amount possible.
