Installed new boiler system and tank for us. All pipework neatly done and were efficient, friendly, tidy and polite. Price where expected it to be.

Quote given by knowledgeable engineer who would do the work, not a salesman which I liked. Quote provided in writing and via post within 24 hours. The quote was competitive, was accepted within 3 days and the work completed in the same week. Very satisfied with the service.

Unlike a number of other ‘approved’ Worcester Bosch installers in Berkshire – Williams Plumbing and Heating is actually on the Worcester Bosch website. This gave me piece of mind from the start. Called Wes for a quote – and he arrived exactly when he said he would in a well maintained branded van, branded outfit and covered his shoes before entering my house. He stayed a full hour, listened to my requirements and ideas and was very knowledgeable on Worcester products, giving good alternative ideas as part of a discussion. Quoted 3 days later, as promised for a Worcester unvented cylinder and system boiler and new / full central heating system for my 4 bed house. The quote was split between labour and materials, which I liked, and the products of a good spec’. Quote was competitive - and Wes was happy to come again a second time to talk about the quote / job in a bit more detail. (after every meeting – he always said call me if I needed to discuss anything and he always answered / called back). I agreed to the work and before starting, Wes and a couple of his team (having lads on the payroll was really important to me, as didn’t want the work ‘subbed-out’) came back a third time to run through the plan with me. I felt 100% reassured that they would deliver what they promised and turn-up! Day 1 – turned up on time, I was introduced to the team and work commenced. They started by sheeting up the house and protecting the stairs carpet. They were happy to park vans on the road, when I asked, and respected my new driveway over the week. Over the week - I found all 5 of the team to be really knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful and easy to get along with. My dad, who was in the house for the week, worked in ‘the trade’ for 50 years and said he hadn’t come across a better team of plumbers / heating engineers. Their work is of a really high-standard (used copper throughout for example and proper fittings), they use the best of equipment and plumbing products and really look after their tools and equipment. You have to expect some mess when you have workmen in your house, but things were left as tidy as possible each night and I wasn’t left without water or flushing toilets etc. Wes called round each day – and was really amenable over the week. For example, I asked for 2 different rads in the bedrooms and an additional small rad in one of the rooms. This was no issue to Wes, he called round the same day with different rads and took the others back with him. I feel others wouldn’t have been as understanding. Basically – they take pride in customers feeling they have what they wanted. By the end of the week, I had a full new central heating system, 13 rads, newly located boiler, accumulator and pump which has meant that the pressure in my house is so much better and allows me to get the best from my new system and us able to have multiple outlets working at the same time. In summary, if you want skilled and knowledgeable tradesmen, respectful, clean and tidy, hard-working and are happy to go the extra mile – then I strongly recommend you having Williams do your heating and plumbing.

Wesley and his colleagues did a fantastic job in removing three Baxi CH boilers and replacing them with a single wall-mounted Worcester Bosch GB162, and all the associated pipework and gas supply. The boiler is much more efficient and we are very pleased with it. I was delighted with the speed with which the job was done, the improvement in the appearance of the pipework, and not the least the knowledge that these were men you could trust to be in your home. They have done other excellent plumbing work for us since. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend W. Williams Plumbing and Heating.

Installation of a new Worcester Bosch Boiler
I have had fitted by W Williams a new Worcester Bosch boiler, filter and associated pumps etc and found their attention to detail and workmanship excellent. The new system is a great improvement over the old and help was provided during the quote as to the alterations I was wanting the best items to achieve this end.
I can only say how impressed I was with their approach to achieving my requirements and ensuring all existing equipment is operating properly.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Wesley and his brother Darren. They carried out plumbing works which included sink and bath taps within the time. We are very happy with the service and appreciate it, will recommend his work to family and friends.

We recently had our boiler moved from the kitchen to he bathroom, the mess of pipes and the lack of space was a real issue - but not to them.

The work was completed quickly professionally and the way in which they left the two areas was incredibly tidy and the mass of pipes really neat and tidy.

It made such A difference to us and we highly recommend them.
