Having been introduced to W. Williams Plumbing and Heating through having a new boiler fitted as part of an extension we were really impressed with the service and quality. So when our local scout group needed to replace a old condemned boiler I had no hesitation engaging the guys again for another job.

Quotes arrived quickly and clearly showed all the work required. Making changes to the job requirements was no problem with updated quotes being sent out quickly. They were responsive to questions, and the whole process of getting the quote was painless (unlike some other larger companies where just making a change to the quote can involve several phone calls, and and a week).

They always arrived promptly and on time exactly as arranged which was highly appreciated as I needed to travel to the location specifically to give access for the work.

The job doesn't just end with when the fitting work is done though. Rather than just leave the manual. Pete gave me a comprehensive overview of the boilers functions and features as well as ensuring that I knew how to operate and program it.

The job was to supply & fit a new boiler. The team were efficient, friendly & kept us informed all the way. Pete fitted a part In a cupboard in such a tidy way it gave me lots of room round it which he knew I needed. Darren made good the area round the boiler afterwards. Very thorough team who left the room clean & tidy. Thank you both very much!

Wes has just completed a new boiler installation for us and has made a fab job. His guys left our house clean and tidy after the first day and you would never have known we had had a boiler ripped out and replaced. They protected our floors and all surrounding areas and cleaned up after themselves. All in all it was a very professional installation done in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Very satisfied from Earley. We had a 34 year old boiler using an old half chimney, with all the plumbing in the middle of the house. Wes quickly identified a possible solution, quoted accordingly, kept to a fixed price (despite a few minor glitches) and completed the boiler replacement in the 3 days promised. The plumbers were meticulously clean and tidy, and I was even able to convert the old boiler cupboard into somewhere to store my beer. Highly recommended

The guys did a great job. They came round to install a new boiler, the old one was positioned awkwardly so I wanted the new one installed in a better location. This presented quite a few challenges that they resolved efficiently and in good time. They were enthusiastic about their work and went the extra mile. An old leak was discovered under the floor shortly before they were due to complete the job; however, they were happy to stay until the leak was fixed. They were friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone in need of a similar service.

Contacted Wesley via his web-site email to enquire about a small job. A time was agreed for him to visit and give us a quote which we accepted on the spot and later the same day one of his engineers came out and completed the work.

I have just had a new boiler fitted from Wes and his team and they were professional from beginning to the end. Nothing was a problem as they had to fit it in an existing cupboard and did so perfectly. Thank you Phil as it is all working well and super quiet.

All their people were very friendly, did a great job and did what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Would definitely recommend them.

I contacted Wes on Tuesday about a replacement hot water heater. He came round the same day and gave a quote which was very reasonable and the new cylinder was fitted on the Friday. Wes's team Darren and Pete worked very hard - the door and frame had to be removed to get the old hot water heater out and shelves had to be raised. No fuss, no bother, utterly professional, polite and left no mess. Unfortunately the next day I didn't have hot water but within 20 mins of contacting Wes he was on my doorstep. It was just a matter of adjusting the thermostat and it's been fine ever since. Would really recommend Wes and his team.

Professional, Friendly and reliable
We had our old boiler replaced with a new boiler A lot of pipe work was required. We could never have just hot water before and the pump needed replacing and moved form under the bedroom floor to the airing cupboard.
Starting from booking the appointment for a quote all the way to job completion, Wes and his team were friendly, professional and performed a really good job. They were always very prompt, their expertise knowledge showed through during the job. The service was excellent and all the team showed care every day to leave everything clean and tidy.
