Very thorough and conscientious work on a difficult boiler replacement job requiring a new flue lining in an old chimney. It was a lot of work which was done very quickly and efficiently. The central heating system is also working much better after the system flush. Very pleased with Wes and his company and strongly recommend.

The company removed my old Ideal Mexico boiler in the kitchen and fitted a new Worcester Bosch 18 Ri boiler in the airing cupboard, along with new pipework, a hot water cylinder and radiator valves. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently, and with care to ensure the system was working properly - the last radiator in the circuit was flushed out to improve functioning. The team were polite and professional.

I'm so pleased we asked W Williams Plumbing & Heating to service our boiler. Wesley diagnosed a dangerous level of carbon monoxide leaking from the boiler . He was able to schedule removal of the faulty boiler and installation of a new one within a few days. The work included redirecting some pipework to hide it from view (pipework that a different company had fitted and I was unhappy with). One of Wesley's engineers, Phil, worked quietly and efficiently to get the job done without fuss. He and his colleague, Pete, cleared up any mess once the work was completed, and made sure I knew how everything worked (boiler, timer and thermostat) worked. The new boiler was registered with Worcester Bosch on my behalf and I received the notification within an hour. The price on completion matched the quotation I'd been sent, and it included the next two annual services.
We're very happy with the work and very happy we chose W Williams Plumbing & Heating to do the job.
