W. Williams replaced my boiler and central heating system. Their quote was very competitive even with interest free credit, which certainly helped. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, considerate and left the house clean tidy.
I had a fault with my smart controls, not of their making, and they were round immediately to investigate and the issue was resolved.

I had a bad boiler leak and the entire system needed replacing. I had two other plumbers come and look at it, and they did not get back to me.
Wes from W.Williams plumbing understood the emergency and came early on saturday morning and checked the situation and quoted.
By the following tuesday (yesterday), a new boiler was installed.
I am very impressed by the swiftness of the response and the professional way in which the issue was handled.

Wes and his team did a brilliant job for us at very short notice and in terrible weather conditions! Very professional and clearly knowledgeable. Not the cheapest but definitely worth it for service and standard of work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.

I am extremely pleased with the new boiler and the revitalised heating system installed by W Williams.

I called Wesley Williams and he came to give me a quote within a day. He was very thorough in the inspection of my old system and listened to what I wanted in terms of boiler and the radiators it would service. I received the quote with a few hours.

It was significantly more expensive than previous quotes but those had not been so specific and I knew there was a lot involved in what I had asked for.

Wesley and his team arrived the next week. They were on time and were very efficient. The three plumbers/engineers Pete, Ben and Darren were incredibly hard working, courteous and easy to have around even though they had to go up and down through the building. They were working with a very old system and were very careful about the way they removed boilers, tanks and piping etc.

They worked long days and left all areas clean and tidy. I felt comfortable about going to work and leaving them to it.
The main team worked late every day for three days and Darren came and finished off the making good for another long day. All the detritus was removed and everything was left ready for decoration.

W Williams is an excellent company. They seem to really care the quality of their work and customer satisfaction.

I now have a very efficient boiler and a clear loft and airing cupboard. All my radiators have thermostats and great water pressure.

As someone living abroad and renting out our home in the UK, I was really worried when our boiler broke and needed replacing. W. Williams managed everything, independent of me, he provided me with updates and pictures, left the house immaculate and provided a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, he took all the stress and worry out of the situation.

We had a boiler removed and a new one installed. The team did a really good job and were really friendly on site, we were very pleased with the result. Wesley did a good job at explaining the options to enable us to pick the right boiler before accepting the quote and was happy to assist us picking a shower as part of the installation. They also explained everything during and post installation where applicable which helped. The option for 2 years interest free financing was also a major plus.

Overall we could not recommend enough!

Can’t recommend Wesley Williams Plumbing highly enough....excellent service yet again. Called to say my boiler was on the blink, Wesley arranged for Ben to visit later that same day and problem solved. Found Wesley through a personal recommendation (always the best way) a few years ago, who was able to diagnose a myriad of problems with my underfloor heating system, low water pressure etc. And when the system needed tuning, didn’t charge to come back and fix....makes a nice change!

Quite simply, the best, professional, knowledgeable, helpful service I’ve ever received.
